The Aimless Bullet is a Korean classic, which captured the social issues at its extremities in Korea of the late 1950s. Song Cheol Ho, a clerk at an accounting office in Seoul, attempts to support his mentally ill mother, his pregnant wife, his lonely sister, his two children, and Yeong Ho, his aimless younger brother. Cheol Ho barely makes enough money to feed his family, and is forced live with his toothache,unable to fund to see a dentist. Chul Ho’s grief is added when his younger sister, Myeong Suk, has been caught by the police for prostitution.
