Facts

  • The members are the winners of the “NO.MERCY” survival program.
  • They achieved the first place in “Idol Got 10” as the top potential group in China. Idol Got 10 is an innovative weekly program where the rankings of different idol groups are seen.
  • During their time as trainees in the program, a series of videos called Deokspatch were broadcast on the YouTube channel 1theK, with the intention of learning more about the members.
  • The group obtained an advertising contract prior to its debut for the ‘Litmus’ brand.
  • It was commented that the group has received numerous calls for advertising contracts, from clothing lines to soft drinks.
  • The group had their first appearance before their official debut on variety program “Weekly Idol” and this was recorded on May 5, 2015.
  • This is the second group from his agency to be presented in Mexico. The first was Boyfriend.
  • In the programs, they like to introduce themselves as “The Avengers”: Shownu as Hulk, Minhyuk as Spiderman, Kihyun as Iron Man, I.M as Hawkeye, Jooheon as Thor, Hyungwon as Black Widow and Wonho as Captain America.

  • The group appeared twice as guests of the YouTube channel “Hola82” where they fulfilled the “Try Lingual Live” challenge which consisted of singing some of their songs in other languages. The video was trending in several countries including; #5 in Puerto Rico, #9 in Chile, #10 in Argentina and Peru, #11 in Mexico, Nicaragua and Costa Rica, among others.
    • On the second occasion, the group was invited to play “Teléfono Malogrado” which consisted of members having to whisper a phrase for their partner in front of them to repeat to the other members, while using headphones for added difficulty. The video was trending in several countries including; #4 in Chile, #5 in Argentina, #7 in Paraguay, #10 in Colombia, Mexico and Puerto Rico, and #12 in worldwide trends.
