Jung Ho (nickname “Water Bird”) is a small-time pickpocket raised by gang leader Dong Hak since childhood. As an adult, he falls in love with Dong Hak’s daughter Ji Sook, and takes care of her like an older brother. After several run-ins with the law and prison time, while Ji Sook seeks a life outside the gang with a new lover at her new workplace, Yeon Soo, Jung Ho tries to makeamends to his relationship with Ji Sook as well as oust the rival gang, the Jet Planes.
