Synopsis
A former gangster turned lawyer uses both his fists and the loopholes in law to fight against those with absolute power. He is driven by the desire to avenge his mother.
Bong Sang Pil (Lee Joon Ki) is a former gang member, but he now works as a lawyer. He also has one of the top win rates as a lawyer. Bong Sang Pil will take advantage of loopholes in the law. He stands before the court for his mother’s revenge, opposing absolute power.

First… I underestimated read the lead actress.. Don’t like her in her previous drama..

lee joon gi oppa and ha ji won in an action packed romantic comedy, setting would be joseon era, both are good in sword fighting, and horse-back riding.. please…. i know it will be good k-drama

This drama has the right balance of action, funny, seriousness and thrill and not to mention so kick ass!!! Lee Joon Ki FTW!!!He has really proven himself to be a versatile actor. Next subbed episode PLEASE!

Seo Ye Ji’s first drama was “Potato Star”, she played the rich family’s daughter Su Yeong and nailed the role. I especially loved her senorita impersonations. She has that look about her and played it up. Hilarious! But she never landed another role like that one again or none was written since. A pity cos she was funny and totally owned the role.

Choi Min Soo’s bad guy roles have always been corny and over the top. The first time I saw him in a period drama we were literally rolling on the floor laughing. The drama was not a comedy.
In this, his latest bad guy role Choi Min Soo’s character Ahn Oh Joo’s voice reminds me of Snagglepuss the pink gay mountain lion. I almost expect to hear him say; “Heavens to Murgatroyd”.
Seriously Min Soo, a cartoonish character ain’t what’s called for.

I’ve been watching LeeJoonKi’s drama since My Girl and he never disappoints me with his acting and his action stints. I am happy to see him in this action/drama once again and I like the sweet chemistry between the leads.

Fantastic show. Very enjoyable and exciting. You can’t stop watching because the story leaves you asking more questions and wanting to get answers. Lee Joon Ki keeps your eyes glued. But wish he is not so thin. Eat well and take care of you health and get plenty of rest after all that action.

WOW I REALLY LIKE THIS DRAMA, I HOPE THE ENDING DOESN’T GET RUSH AND SAD. THE MAIN ACTOR, THIS ONE IS ONE OF HIS BEST DRAMA, ENJOYING ALL THE CHARACTERS IN IT. VERY VERY FUNNY, I LOVE IT. I HOPE ITS ALL THE WAY TO THE LAST EPISODE. PLEEZ DON’T LET THE EVIL PEOPLE WIN, THEY’RE JUST GETTING AWAY WITH EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW.

Lawless Lawyer was a fantastic drama with action, thrills, heart, and a bit of romance. Lee Joon Gi and Seo Ye Ji were wonderful. Highly recommended!

Just watched this drama last week and finished today. It is one of the most exciting and excellent action/romance/comedy drama I came across. Lee Joon Ki really is an excellent actor , Seo also an excellent actress, in fact all the actors and actresses in this drama is superb. How come it didnt get any award??
