Please include the ratings for this drama. I’m hoping this drama does well. The writer is one of my favourites. She wrote Childless Comfort and Life Is Beautiful.

Kim Young Hoon as Nah Yeon (Yoo Se Hee’s Husband)

Above character is named ‘Na Hyun Woo, not Nah Yeon. I was confused for a bit and only now realized this is where I started getting confused. Please update so others will not be confused like I was. Thanks.

This is an awesome drama and a star k-writer. Loving it:)

Isn’t it sad that neither viki nor dramafever is showing and subbing this awesome drama? Writer Kim Soo Hyun is a prolific and established k-writer with many awesome dramas (with good ratings) that have proven her mettle. Not to mention the stellar cast. I’m disappointed, for Team YEAH and for viewers. Thankfully, there are alternatives.

    CoolBeans Says:

I came to see if this was a popular drama and appears not. I was hoping Diva writer Kim Soo Hyun had improved from The Woman Who Married Three Times, the last disaster and extremely controversial drama she developed which launched a backlash of protests when she wrote a story that rewarded child abusers, wife abusers and the powerful. This one maybe just boring. Could not find a good description of this drama.

    Jyenie Says:

Life is so short, you got to be totally blinded with love or crazy to marry into this kind of big family😳

Do u know where i can find the eng sub???

    LY Says:

    @ 11 CoolBeans.

I watched a couple of episodes and gave up on it. I didn’t like the story line at all. Marriage Contract, My Son-In-Law’s Woman, Happy Home, Beautiful You, and The Promise are the better choices.

You can find subs at http://www.azdrama.biz. This drama seems to be an awful lot like this writer’s other drama, “Childless Comfort.” It has a lot of the same cast, and the same family fighting with siblings and elders. I wonder what the ratings are. The cast is a whole lot of seasoned actors. What a waste.

Hi, for those who watched a few episodes and gave up, I strongly recommend that you give this drama a chance a re-watch it!
I had not been following Korean drama for about two years and recently after a eye surgery and had to stay home, I started catching up on k drama. Oh my, I thoroughly enjoyed myself with this drama! The cast is awesome and the writer is fantastic too. Comparing to some silly and meaningless plots, this is simply heart-warming and down to earth. I hope you will change your minds re-watching it!😊
I even researched into the different cast members and the drama they had a role in.
Thank you for another heart-warming and meaningful drama!

This is one of the most beautiful dramas. Of course it may not be entertained for young but certainly it is for the middle age. It is must see drama.

its normal if we angry or upset but after that we get something good for make this life better

    Msrsas Says:

This drama is so boring, can’t believe is 54 episodes long.

  22. 22
    Tt Says:

Yoo Ri is so irritating. Completely brainless.

  23. 23
    Triasa Says:

As always from writer Kim Soo Hyun, almost real and down to earth (only project that I know).
Potray the “old” family in modern society well. How important family is. But, sometimes a little bit boring and slow pace. Actually, even it has shorten 6 episodes (from 60 to 54), actually can be shorten a bit again, so it might be not boring anymore. But, just 3 episodes to go, just too late.
Can’t wait to watch ep.52 until last episode. Can’t wait about how SJH can open her heart after losing her husband because of his death, SSY’s choice in man, and how YSY can tell about his husband’s child from another woman to her family beside her parents and So Hee (SSY)

This drama brainwashed me. After watched this drama, I don’t want to married to any Asian anymore. Too scare of all this mother-in-laws at home. They have nothing to do in life and set-up their own too many old rules to follow.

    itvseries Says:

This is the one beautiful korean drama .. thank you for sharing

  27. 27
    sharon Says:

love the show, thank you very much. but why let the grandpa die in the end its so sad. should just end happily ever after and let them die naturally or let both old couple die in their sleep holding hands.

  28. 28
    ShellBell Says:

Watching this, on Ep. 42 and tho it’s way too long it is okay. Still you won’t find beautiful scenery, any real story line, it doesn’t show different aspects of industries that you’d learn about from many drama’s thru the story of their careers. It pretty much centers around the family house. They do go out to work, but the whole story really only shows the life of the family. Wake, eat, speak, work, come home, deal with family drama, sleep and then repeat… In this way it’s boring. You could honestly look around your own family and find more entertainment than this drama will deliver. Still love the cast, and the acting is great of course. There just really isn’t much to it, but since I’ve started it I’ll finish it.
