Synopsis
This drama is based on webcomic “Orange Marmalade” by Seok Woo which was published from 2011-Feb-05 to 2014-Jan-04 via “comic.naver.com/webtoon/“
This is a fantasy romance love story between vampires and humans.
Baek Ma Ri (Seol Hyun) is a senior high student who is also a vampire. She attends for school which all the students are human but she’s a vampire. She has to keep her real identity hidden and acts like a common girl. But deep inside, she holds the grudge for all people around her talking fuss and mocking about vampires. Meanwhile, Jung Jae Min (Yeo Jin Goo) is a popular male student who will fall in love with Baek Ma Ri.

Exactly boring. The story is really really bad. What the Yeo Jin Goo?? What the Seolhyun?? Oooh.. please I really can’t got it.

Yeo jin goo looks so different in this drama. Does he get plastic surgery? His face looks much smaller than before.. but he lost his charm as his face changes.. i dont think he is different enough from other korean pretty actors now (he looks super attractive in moon embraces the sun).

I still won’t give up on this drama. I think there’s a valid reason why the writers decided to show another side of the story. ^^ It’s also good to watch Yeo jin goo wearing traditional Korean clothes again, it gives me the Moon embracing the sun feeling. ^^

I hope they better connect the dots between the modern era and the traditional ones and I still can’t figure out what is the connection actually between those two eras. I feel cheated!

I love YJG..his acting is superb! But how was i able to move forward after episode 4?? I also feel cheated @em..but what i did was, i watched ep5 onwards without trying it to connect ep4..i let go of the modern high school days and tried to understand them in joseon era..then..only then..MY ENTHUSIAST CAME BACK! ^_^

I really like and enjoy the webtoon but since drama is a way different then webtoon, I ship Ma Ri and Shi Hoo so hard lol But of course I aware that won’t be happen *sad*

Good drama! But the story kinda short and too many filler within each eps.

lama banget nunggu nih filmnya tayang,biar bisa di download..
suka banget sama alur ceritanya…pemainnya juga cantik dan ganteng,apalagi Jung jae min,ngangenin banget…

I like the Joseon period episodes! ^^ It showed how deep the connection is between Jae min and Ma ri, and how the past is certainly connected with the present. I also like that the drama made its own version of the story, which made it stand on its own and not to be compared with the webtoon it was based from. With only 1 episode left, I am just hoping for a happy and satisfying ending for this drama. ^^

finished… lm glad to see yeo jin go’s acting here, woww… not child anymore, your deep voice…amaze me ha..ha..ha, but i like more shi hoo – ara couple, they are so cute…. hope they both have same project in drama as lead couple….next, 🙂

I think the male vampire is cooler than jae min.
Based frim the comic story,the male character for jae min and the male vampire are both cool and handsome.
But in the film i am so dissapoint with jae min actor.
But for the male vampire and baek mari, both of them are pretty and handsome.
