June 3rd, 2017 at 1:07 pm
Watched the first two episodes and this drama is so good. I thought the child actors/actress scenes would be boring, but I was completely wrong. They lifted up the story and did a good job making me hooked up with this drama. Can’t wait for the next episode!
June 5th, 2017 at 5:12 pm
I REALLY LOVE PARK MIN YOUNG! Her beauty is exceptional! Fighting!!!
June 7th, 2017 at 12:46 pm

June 8th, 2017 at 9:48 pm
This drama is totally underrated! One of the best historical dramas ever!
Thumbs up for the child actors! Looking forward to YWJ and PMY’s acting!

June 10th, 2017 at 9:47 am
One of the best saeguk drama! I’m hooked since the 1st ep. I can’t believe myself for crying almost entire ep 4. Baek Seung Hwan & Park Si Eun done a very good job in potraying the younger version, I’m so in love with their cute relationship. gonna miss them 😢 but…. I can’t wait to see PMY and YWJ’s chemistry!!
I know where this drama is going based on the history, but nvm, I’m not out, just gonna prepare lots of tissue.😃😃😃
7 Ileui Wangbi hwaiting!
June 10th, 2017 at 3:43 pm
Because of park min young,I’m watching this drama although I’m not fan of historical drama,I love the young actors, they portrayed their scene so lovely.I hope it’s a happy ending ..
June 11th, 2017 at 5:27 pm
After Princess Man, i barely love historical drama. But, after 4 episode, i’m in love with this drama.
June 14th, 2017 at 6:32 pm
OMG, this drama is so good. I can feel the pain of the royal brothers. It’s all because the stupid ministers who asked the late King to let the prince be the King, the evil minister who tries to make the brothers tear apart and the selfish Queen dowager. Uhhh the feels are real.
June 16th, 2017 at 9:19 am
Lovely drama!
June 16th, 2017 at 4:49 pm
Good drama!!
June 17th, 2017 at 6:23 pm
Frankly, this drama is so good 🙂 , yet this drama has same timeslot with Ruler master of the mask and suspicious partner, unfortunately. That’s why it is underrate.
June 18th, 2017 at 6:20 pm
I’m having a lil bit second lead syndrome in this drama. Let’s see if Yeok can change my mind because what he did to Chae Gyung in front of the cemetery is a kinda harsh.
June 18th, 2017 at 9:21 pm
I am in love with the both male leads OMG! their acting is so perfect, not to mention the Talented Min Young ♥♥♥
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the young actors! Oh my gooosh how could they be look like the main actors and their acting skills Ohhhh my heart is bounding for all of them ♥
I hope the rates get better because it really deserves! ♥
June 19th, 2017 at 12:17 pm
i like this drama
June 23rd, 2017 at 1:05 am
The drama started well with the child actors and interesting script. It is stagnating at ep. 7. There is a love square…sort of,, with the royal brothers, the future queen and side helper savior side girl that has staked claims on the young prince. Not much else is worth watching. The evil guy chases every episode and is boring not evil enough. The king is the most likable character only because of his acting skills and charm even when he is mean. He cannot hold up this drama without a good script and direction. I was looking for more from the lead male actor who was so good in Marriage, Not Dating and Introverted Boss. Again, the second male lead, the king, is more interesting in this drama.
June 23rd, 2017 at 11:40 pm
why low rating this drema super duper gooood!!!!!!!!!
June 24th, 2017 at 4:36 pm
Uhhh the level of frustation when I watch this drama is beyond everything. It gives me the satisfying pain as I feel calling everyone in this drama in a room and just freaking discuss the misunderstandings that they have. Omg, I feel sad for both of our royal brothers. I also find myself siding the King instead. And I love how though the King might always be with Nok Su, he still finds his Queen’s family, Shin family his people.
June 25th, 2017 at 10:44 pm
This is a really good drama from all points of view. I don’t know why the rating is so low but I don’t care. I can feel the quality and the professionalism in every episode ! BRAVO!!!!
I’m very glad because is produced by KBS2 and it can be seen in a lot of country from the world and will be appreciated at its real value!
June 26th, 2017 at 12:06 am
Im with you @mariana! THIS DRAMA IS DAEBAK! The casts portrayed they characters really well. All episodes are much awaited. The storyline is good and interesting! Dissapointed about the ratings it like the Scarlet Heart which is popular international. Frankly speaking I also watch Ruler of the Mask because I love the 2 leads esp. Kim So Hyun but there storyline is a bit fustration. CONGRATS IN ADVANCE TO THE WHOLE CASTS, SCRIPWRITERS, DIRECTOR AND PRODUCER! YOU GUYS DID THE JOB WELL DONE! 🎉👏 -love from international fan of kdrama 😊
June 26th, 2017 at 3:34 am
Is it me or else also think that the king also loves chae gyung? Maybe not from the beginning when she saved him when she was a kid, but after the king met her again when she grows up into beautiful charming lady. He protects her in many ways, especially when she’s ill coz the poison, the king himself spoon feed her the medicine. It will be an exciting love triangle and fight for throne. To be honest, i find the king is more sexy and manly than the younger brother.
July 2nd, 2017 at 12:13 pm
poor ratings. boo!!!
July 2nd, 2017 at 8:59 pm
Yeosangun in this drama played by LDG is a whole new level. I can’t believe that I actually support Yeonsangun instead.
July 3rd, 2017 at 3:28 pm
I’m obsessed with this show!! Wednesday is SO FAR AWAY!!
This is totally a Romeo and Juliet story with star-crossed lovers. I feel for Chae Kyung, her family, Yeuk and even the king, though he’s batshit crazy. I know that you can’t rewrite history, but can that evil bitch Jang Nok Su, old shady minister, and their pirate friend just be killed already? I also really can’t stand jealous Myung Hae, her lisp, and her uncle.
Bring on more Nanny, Suh Noh, his dad, tender scenes with Chae Kyung and Yeuk and more episodes!!
July 5th, 2017 at 5:19 pm
Best Historical Drama. I really love the plot and the development of the characters. Of course not to mention the very very great cast. Recommended! ♥
July 5th, 2017 at 5:44 pm
TODAY is Wednesday yaaaaaa can’t wait for the new episode 😍
July 7th, 2017 at 11:30 pm
Totally agree that the writers are doing a great job! The storyline unfolds with exciting plots every episode, with the conflict between the brothers, the romance between the main leads as well as the struggles the female lead faces as she is torn between the two brothers. I’m looking forward the upcoming episodes!!!
July 15th, 2017 at 9:16 am
i don’t care about low rate.. this drama is so good.
always love park min young’s acting.. 😍😍😘
July 18th, 2017 at 12:34 pm
this drama is so good. low ratings means nothing! love all the characters. The king are very cruel but so pity to look him denied by the old king. Old Lee Yook face look likes same with the young lee yook and Chae Gyung too. Good characters choice. Love how the story is going. Chemistry between king, yook and chae gyung is so good. I still curious about how the ending will be. How Chae Gyung go die or not in first episode is still mystery. Still best romance saeguk drama this year.
July 20th, 2017 at 11:26 pm
Just ignore the low ratings, this drama is actually very very good , with a unique story, romance, suspense and superb acting by all actors. It ‘s the first time I’ve seen Lee Dong Gun in this kind of role. I love the chemistry between PMY and YWJ. The romance between Chaegyong and Yeok is very touching, and yet one can also somewhat empathize with the King.
Congratulations to the creators.
July 22nd, 2017 at 11:18 am
The King’s character has depth. I wondered if it’s the writer or the actor choosing to add the dimension to his character. The younger brother is honestly flat as a tyre on a Sunday morning in the woop-woop without a spare and no cell phone reception.
July 25th, 2017 at 11:52 am
Kind of sad drama, it is real good historical drama and now all depends on the ending whether it is better than Ruler : Master of Masks , definitely better than Sassy girl , hoping the ending will be good knowing the queen is going to be dethroned not sure how the ending will be. They chose all the right actors and actresses n this drama that makes the drama worth to watch. That Myung Hye girl very suitable to be a bad person, so was she in Sassy girl..LOL the role suits her as she know how to act as a bad person in all drama. Waiting for the last few episodes
July 28th, 2017 at 8:56 am
Episode 18 Killed me! Literally! :((((
July 28th, 2017 at 11:40 am
Amazing ep 18! Kudos to the writers and especially the 3 leads!!!
August 4th, 2017 at 2:41 pm
Not a bad drama, comparing to Sassy Girl. But still among Historical drama this year Ruler : Master of the Masks is better than these two
The ending a bit too rushing and not really good ending
Why Ruler Master of the Masks is good because it is more thrilling, exciting , romantic and revenge , it is never boring and you always look forward to the next episode , you never feel this way on these two dramas Sassy Girl and Queen for 7 days even though they have good main actor and actress
August 4th, 2017 at 6:30 pm
Lol @silverswan, it’s either you’re delusional, new to kdrama or a hardcore fan of YSH and KSH. Ruler is definitely not better than MSG and SDQ. The writing for Ruler is so bad despite the high ratings due to actors’ influence and MBC’s promotion. This drama doesn’t receive much love from Korean viewers due to the fact that the writer is actually romanticized the two worst Kings in history. Other than that, this drama is actually amazing in terms of writing, acting and directing and nothing compares it to Ruler.
August 4th, 2017 at 6:40 pm
This is the best saeguk drama that I’ve ever watched. I never had a problem with the pacing of this show. Every episode gives new revelation and it’s a mix of rom-com and melodrama in the beginning. I love how this drama makes me feel sad, happy, mad at those evil characters, sympathize Chae Gyung, Yeok and Yeonsangun at the same time. They’re all trapped in the external forces that make them all suffer. I cried so much watching this drama, it’s so exciting and fascinating. Chae Gyung is the best heroin simply because she’s always stand on her own opinion, she’s definitely not the kind of damsel in distress type of heroin that needs saving most of the time. When she cries, I feel her pain and understand the reason why she cries. I always hate heroin who cries a lot, but in this drama, Chae Gyung’s life is so tragic that I can’t help feeling sad for her sincerely.
Hats off to Park Min Young, Yeon Woo Jin and Lee Dong Gun for the brilliance acting and all other supporting actors, they did such amazing job. Thank you PD-nim and writer-nim for such amazing show. Everyone here in this drama sets such a high bar for future saeguk dramas. I know that I’ll keep comparing new saeguk dramas with Seven Day Queen, but I’ll try my best not to.
If anyone of you feel hesitate to watch this drama or not because of the ratings or because the history cannot be changed, I suggest to you that if you’re ready for a heartbreak-but-amazing show, please do try watching this drama. It’s definitely worth it.
August 4th, 2017 at 9:27 pm
Hannah, I totally agree with your comments. Definitely worth to watch this drama! Congratulations to the whole team!
August 4th, 2017 at 11:19 pm
I cant stop crying in episode 20 this saeguk drama is REALLY AMAZING!! THIS DRAMA DESERVES AN AWARD! BEST OF 2017! Park Min Young and Yoo Wo Jin such a great actor and actress also to the whole TEAM! bravo guys! THANK YOU FOR BRINGING US SUCH A WONDERFUL-DAEBAK-DRAMA!
August 4th, 2017 at 11:24 pm
To those who dissapointed in episode 1 and let go of this drama sorry guys its your lost it is indeed a HAPPY ENDING! The hell with the ratings! overall this drama is SUPERB since episode 1 to 20. Thank you QUEEN FOR SEVEN DAYS TEAM! GOOD JOB!
August 4th, 2017 at 11:56 pm
and here I am, commenting again. I’m glad that my choice for NOT dropping this drama, really worth it! From the beginning till the end, this drama really gave me roller-coaster emotions and I’m proudly wanna say that THIS DRAMA IS THE BEST SAEGUK DRAMA FOR 2017! Though it is a lil bit heavy, but as long as you have tissues beside you, no worries and just cry and bear the pain and struggle with the characters and you will be fine! No matter what, for me, the writer gave us a beautiful ending to this drama and yeah we cannot change history so the ending are the best way to wrap this whole tragic relationship.
KUDOS AND THANK YOU FOR THE CASTS AND CREWS FOR GIVING US A CHANCE TO WATCH A HIGH QUALITY DRAMA. YOUR HARD WORK HAS PAID OFF. hoooorayyyy for seven day queen!!🎉🎉
For those who dropping this because of the rating or whatsoever, it’s your loss to miss such a great drama for this year HAHAHAH!
August 7th, 2017 at 3:25 pm
Please give me another box of tissues!
This drama has made me bawl my eyes out especially the last few episodes. It is such a good drama! Daebak! I love the acting of the main 3 leads especially the chemistry between Yeok and Chae Kyung. Their love is so touching and I ached for them when they had to separate in order to live and love. The ending might not be a happy one but still considered a good one – a beautiful ending. At least they loved and cared each other in a different way although not together.
I really love Yun Woo Jin more and more. His expression and acting skill is so good (except the drama ‘my boss is shy’). Park Min Young also very good in it. Lee Dong Gun although is the 2nd male lead but i believe the audience will ached for him too because he is just craving for love, his eyes covered by jealousy that make him become a bad king. If not because of YWJ, I might want PMY to be with LDG.
Oh my goodness, I still can’t forget Lee Yeok and Chae Kyung. Their love is so so so sweet and touching.
The Queen for Seven Days cast and crew team definitely deserves a holiday trip~
August 8th, 2017 at 12:04 am
A superb touching drama!
August 8th, 2017 at 12:12 am
The chemistry between YWJ and PMY is so good, you really feel the deep love of their characters for each other. Great acting by everybody.. a very touching love story … I especially liked YWJ in this drama. Hope he wins an award this year. Lastly, it’s a good thing the character of the nanny was there, she provided some relief from the heavy drama.
August 8th, 2017 at 2:14 am
I kinda knew that its gonna be tragic ending but still part of me was hoping it to be happy ending…I usually don’t prefer tragic dramas but somehow I ended up watching the whole drama (kudos to the actors)… the ending in the drama is better than I expected (as per history) and felt a bit better… the ending is beautiful in a heart aching way (hats off to the writers)… so couldn’t stop myself from filling buckets with tears 😭 😭😭… now I need to watch some light hearted drama to get over it… 😢😢😢
August 11th, 2017 at 12:56 pm
My friend told me its a good ending so I will put in my list to watch. ha ha 😛
August 11th, 2017 at 3:04 pm

August 23rd, 2017 at 4:00 pm
Another AMAZING SAGEUK drama I’ve ever watch. This drama deserve Best Historical Drama for year 2017 (salute to the PD, writer and actors). I didn’t get disappointed with ending. It’s worth to watch.
November 2nd, 2017 at 9:58 pm
this is a very good dramatization of what may have not happened during those times. the characters were all victims of their own circumstances, politics and protocols, etc. were like pendulums over their heads that deprived them of happiness. i liked the cast, who rendered their best, but was amazed by lee dong gun who played the tyrant king. this is the second drama i’ve watched him, and thought he played his role very well. i don’t know the competing dramas when this first aired, but this drama deserves better ratings. it’s really worth watching.
November 5th, 2017 at 11:51 pm
OMG. I can’t stop crying on the last episode. So sad and sweet ending. But why lee yuk and shin chae kyung don’t have the kids? This makes me crying.

[…] industria divertismentului ca model si a castigat recunoasterea cu rolurile din drame, precum: “Seven Day Queen” (KBS2, 2017), “Introverted Boss” (tvN, 2017),“Another Miss Oh” (tvN, 2016),“Divorce Lawyer in Love” […]
October 20th, 2019 at 3:31 am
Darn it all, I’m bawling my eyes out now…I was still hoping against hope for that happy ending to somehow surface any second now, but as the happy scenes were rolling in towards the end, with my favourite ost song playing in the background, I just knew that they must be part of his dream and not reality…and that’s when the deluge broke…I am just so sad that they couldn’t spend their lives together not even in a fictional TV drama…Regardless, the whole series was exquisite and the 3 main actors were exceptional in their respective roles! You rarely see someone portray such a vast range of emotions so remarkably – the chemistry, the struggle, the pain in their voices and on their faces was remarkably depicted! Period!
January 4th, 2020 at 2:12 am
Seven Day Queen was such a good historical drama! Park Min Young was fantastic as were Yeon Woo Jin and Lee Dong Gun. The story was great with such an intense romance. Wonderful drama!
