Synopsis
Bong Pil (Kim Jae Joong) has been preparing for his civil servant exam for the past 3 years, but he is not enthusiastic about his studies. He wanders around neighborhoods. He then travel with his five friends between the past and present through a manhole in order to stop a wedding scheduled a week later.

@lollll I agree. “Manhole” is the worst title. With that title I’m expecting men in hard hats wearing water proof gear as they brave the filth in the subterranean arteries of a metropolis, looking to plug a serious gas leak that could combust and take out six blocks. Only they stumble on what appears to be a prehistoric artifact. Large egg-like things to be exact shortly followed by a low rumble and the ground shakes as they decide to have a kit-kat break moment showing off their dance moves to James Brown’s “I Feel Good” that’s playing on the radio.
I’m sure that is not this drama. Who comes up with these titles?

Enjoying the drama tremendously. Casting is great and besides being eye candy Jae and Uee are so adorable. There’s huge potential in developing this drama further and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Best Korean drama on right now! This is a very creative script and Jae Joong and Uee have very electric chemistry. Give this one a chance and you won’t regret it.

It is along the lines of Faith with Lee Min Ho as it’s a time travel love story but perhaps even better. The surprises in episode 5 and 6 alone are heart stopping!

this drama actually keeps getting better and better. at first, I feel like dropping it but glad I didnt. Jaejoong’s character is full of charms❤ Dont care about the ratings or the weird title whatsoever, give this drama a chance and u will surely enjoy it

Don’t care much about the ratings. Loving this drama and I’m rooting for the lovely Pilsu couple! Best performance and on point acting showing their connection in episodes 5 & 6. (Cried a river watching these 2 epidodes) Hoping their love for each other will carry them through till the end no matter how many obstacles they will face.

Uee declined to be female lead in “My Golden Life”. I think that drama have better rating than in this drama. The story line of My Golden Life is more interesting, too. Are you regret it, Uee?

The show is on average ,glad that it’s come to end finally. Despute low ratings, i still think the casts work hard and did a grwat job till the end. Kudos!

Enjoying the show tremendously. It has a charming love story and the casting of Jae and Uee as a couple couldn’t be better! Both look youthful cool and chic and their mutual admiration is obvious! Coming to a close and I’ll miss this for sure.

Just finished! Omg guys you should give this drama a try. Thrilling in every episode, makes me think what’s going to happen in each episode. I seriously didnt regret watching this drama. Enjoyed the storyline till the end and will gonna miss it😭 PilSu couple jjang!

Manhole was a really fun drama. It definitely has flaws, but it has great characters, a nice story, and is very funny. I really enjoyed watching this one 🙂
