Synopsis
Will the tragedy of spring be repeated years later?
To escape debt, Lee Su Ho’s father escaped to a remote island where his friend has a young daughter Eun Young, who is the same age as Su Ho. After being abandoned by his father, Su Ho sought to leave, but his mind changed after being touched by Eun Young’s pure heart. A series of unfortunate events ensue, and Su Ho disappears, while Eun Young is sick in the hospital.
Years later, while traveling in Austria, Eun Young meets the talented pianist Jae Ha, a man with a cold exterior with a few words, who bores a resemblance to Su Ho. As their love start to develop, the truth unfolds… Can their love endure the harsh spring tragedy many years ago?

I’ve already watched this a couple of months ago. Actually, I did watched it twice, because it’s one of the most romantic drama series that I’ve watched so far. Of course almost all k-series have a romantic plot, but sometimes they don’t focus much on the romantic side. This one is different. It’s ending is the most awesome compared to the first 3 EL series. And the couple here, although fresh faces, are very endearing, espcially the lead female.

wew.. i just finished watching this series!!.. wuhoooooh.. it was really nice.. the lead male actor was so hot.. he was so good in his acting as jae-ha.. i cant get enough of him.. hehehhe
I will give spring waltz a two thumbs up for giving me a lot of “kilig” feelings.. i was really convinced that the two lead actor in the series were so inlove with each other.. after i watched spring waltz.. i fell like falling inlove.. ahehehhe..
i hope it will be a big hit here in the philippines.. like the other korean dramas that was shown.. I think Spring waltz will be shown this month in abs-cbn.. watch it guyszzzz….

If you watch this drama you will begin to like color green! 😉
I just noticed in the whole drama, there is no scene that there is no color green!
I wonder why it has low ratings where in fact it is such a good drama ;(
I also made some research and there was an accident wherein Daniel Henney made a mistake in one of the scene that made Suh Do Young go to hospital. Anyway this is just a perfect drama!
It is qualified to be in line with Endless Love series!!!! 😉
They will show this drama here in the Philippines with ABS-CBN.

recently i watch it and stop at episode 17 feel kinda boring, the scenery is awesome, the cinematogaphy is great and from now on i have to like the color green…. i LOVE the music it was fantastic…. love to see danniel henny here he look so gorgeous…. and thanx for the director of this series but i may say that the first two endless love (autum tale and winter sonata) is my favorite for all time season in this series….

I watched this months ago. Love it, especially the sceneries, songs and music. It’s quite captivating, I went online one day, wanting to hear the song and ended up watching the whole series again. There is a scene where the lead actor called the leading lady on the cell and play piano to her, so sweet.
There are more heart-warming and touching scenes, all and all it’s a very good drama, not to miss.

The drama is artistically filmed that it looks like an art film. Spring Waltz takes you to another part of Korea that looks like paradise for the two lovers when they were young.
Every episode leaves you wondering what will happen in the next episode. It makes one think that love can be pure and that love is a strong connection that does exist somehow.
A really beautiful drama of childhood lovers.

the drama is extremely excellent. Many suprises and intriguingly genius. I am not fond much of korean drama because of the language barrier nut this one is some much heart breaking and soul wracking drama i have watch in my whole life. The writer is great. And heard the same author is also behind summer scent and autumn fairy tale. Wait to see it….

i really like shining inheritance thus when i found out that HHJ was also the actress on this series, i tried to watch this drama….
i found the drama a little dragging and boring maybe bacause there were not much by-plays and verbal exchanges with the characters (making me think that this was made for the mute); it had almost taken the entire series for them to show their true identity and love for each other… but despite this, i still find the story line unique and deep plus the actors are great and of course, the happy ending 🙂

I love this telenovela. I watched twice. I watched Winter Sonata and some other Korean telenovela. I think Spring Waltz is a lot better than the others. It’s the only one I watched more than once. I wish I could meet the director someday.

I just finished watching this series.. its beautiful told story…but I don’t know if its real story and the music they played are just memerizing…..3 different languages they used in this series I’m sure you’ll like it I liked it a lot.. its worth your time…Very sweet and charming series. OK ending.

Hi there… I just finished watching it throught dramafever.com this series. And to Just let everyone know that Spring Waltz is now playing at dramafever.com. Dramafever has great video resulution outcome.. in short its better to watch there than tudou, in my opinion.
I really really like this drama. You’ll love it too. You’ll cry and you’ll laugh and you’ll love the cinematography and the musics they played in. You can imagine how beautiful scenes and the scoring in every episodes. This series is a must watch. Beautifully done. Brilliant!

This drama is great love story, made my heart heavy, felt so sorry for Zaihe , seems like he couldn’t find a way to solve his problem but in the end it went well. He was so sweet playing piano for Eun Yong for her to go to sleep.This is matches Autumn in my heart in a different way. love it.

I love this drama and even though the story line is a bit trite, it was well executed. I had no idea that Eun Young was played by Han Hyo Joo. I watched Shining Inheritance and I loved that series as well. Spring Waltz and Shining Inheritance has a lot of similarities, especially the characters. Eun Sung and Eun Young are both nice, sweet, loving, you know the typical kdrama heroine. Sun-Woo Hwan and Jae Ha (or Su Ho) are both mysterious and cold to the the female leads. Park Joon Se and Philip are both chivalrous, friendly, and faithful. However, they are fated as the second leads. Song Ina and Seung Mi are both evil and desperate to keep their men. Spring Waltz is great because the characters are all sympathetic at some point and each episode leaves off with a cliffhanger. I feel like Spring Waltz had the best cast, music, cinematography, but a bad ending. It was just too….easy and simple. Everything that was happening in the last few episodes made the audience believe that the ending would be tragic. All of a sudden, everything goes into a reverse action. You’ll know what I mean if you watch it. Ina was so nice in the end. I would like a drama where the good guy gets the girl 🙂 Philip was a great character.

Spring Waltz has become one of my favorite Korean dramas. I’ve watched it several times and its become one of my go-to dramas, when I’m in between dramas and need to get my fix. 🙂 Seo Do Young and Han Hyo Jo were well paired in their roles. I’ve seen both in other dramas, but to me I loved them in Spring Waltz! This drama has it all; love, unrequited love, regret, revenge, and yes a happy ending. I have the music on my Ipod and listening to it is like reminiscing about old friends.

I love Yoon Jae Ha’s Character. I love all things about Spring Waltz. All the actors specially Seo Do-young who’s for me is so gorgeous. This drama is one of my favorite. It made me smile and cry a lot. Saranghe!!!

i love this drama. I have watched Thorn Birds and i began to love Seo Do Young. When I watched this drama, I began to love him more. I wonder when will he again takes the lead, he’s good. And his eyes would speak more.

I was able to watch this drama when it was shown here in the Philippines, and even though everything about it is sad, the songs, the instrumentals and the story itself, it was a good drama. Han hyo joo did well in her role, and I liked her even more after watching her drama Shining inheritance. Her acting is simple but she can manage to touch one’s heart. A drama that can make us believe that destiny and true love really exists.

We (loyal viewers)demand more respect from the producers/writers of kdramas et all…why prevent us from rewatching our favorites..eg:-spring g watlz and why no followup to cliff hanger dramas ..like Boys over flowers? I’m really disappointed.. .mad 😬😠 can’t you all do something😥😟
