Yoon Jong Chan received critical acclaim for his directorial feature debut Gooseflesh(1999), he won the Best New Director at the Baeksang Arts Awards and Busan Critics’ Awards for the film. His following features, Blue Swallow(2005), I am Happy(2008) and My Paparotti(2012), won the hearts of the audience and critics alike and were praised for capturing the essence of diverse characters and their relations.
