Tiffany Young (Girls’ Generation)

Stephanie Young Hwang (Korean name: Hwang Mi Young), known by the stage name Tiffany, is a Korean-American singer, TV presenter, promotional model, rapper, dancer, actress., and member of both the South Korean girl group, Girls’ Generation, and its subgroup, TaeTiSeo (TTS).

Tiffany was born in San Francisco, California, and was scouted whilst performing on stage in her home country. She moved to South Korea to pursue a career in singing three weeks later after getting an offer to join a trainee program. Tiffany attended Korea Kent Foreign School, and after almost four years of training to become an idol, she debuted as a member of the popular girl group, Girls’ Generation, in 2007. Five years later, in 2012, she debuted as a member of Girls’ Generation’s first subunit group, TaeTiSeo. In 2016, Tiffany was the second Girls’ Generation member to debut as a soloist with her first mini-album "I Just Wanna Dance". Tiffany left SM Entertainment one year later, in October 2017, to move back to Los Angeles to study acting and pursue an international solo singing career.

On December 26, 2022 she signed an exclusive contract with Sublime Artist Agency.
