Shim Yong Hwan is a South Korean historian, writer, broadcaster and professor. He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a bachelor’s degree in History Education and later obtained a master’s degree in History from Hanyang University. He has written numerous history books about South Korea and has appeared in many shows analyzing the political and economic situation of the country. He is also active on Youtube and is currently and adjunct professor and director of the History and Education Research Institute at Sungkonghoe University.
