Seo Taiji

Seo Taiji (born: Jeong Hyeon Cheol) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, musician, and producer. He began his career in 1989 as being part of the heavy metal band Sinawe. Following their disbandment in 1991, Taiji formed Seo Taiji and Boys a year later, which founded immediate success. Upon the group’s disbandment in 1996, he announced his retirement but returned in 1998, releasing his first solo album and continued on his successful career as a solo musician and singer.
