Seohyun (Girls’ Generation)

Seo Ju Hyun, known professionally as Seohyun, is a South Korean singer and actress. She auditioned for and joined SM Entertainment in 2003 and debuted as a member of the girl group Girls’ Generation in August 2007. In 2012, she further debuted as a member of the Girls’ Generation subgroup TTS, and in 2017 became the third Girls’ Generation member to release a solo album. She had her theatrical debut in 2014 as the lead in the Moon Embracing the Sun musical and has also participated in the Korean versions of Gone with the Wind and Mamma Mia!. In March 2019, Seohyun signed with the agency Namoo Actors after having left SM Entertainment in October 2017.
