Webser B (Born: Bae Yeon Seo) is a South Korean Underground rapper under a crew named KIFF CLAN. He participated in "High School Rapper" with the name Lee Ro-han (his another a.k.a).

Later he participated once again in "High School Rapper Season 2" in 2018 and won the 2nd place.

Recently, he was scouted by DeepFlow (a senior rapper and a mentor in High School Rapper) and officially being part of VMC.
