Popiel Eva

Eva, is an actress and model of Polish and Japanese ancestry active in South Korea. Born in Tokyo, Japan to a Japanese mother and British father of Polish descent. She moved to England when she was 14 years old. She went on to attend the University of Durham, where she studied Chinese and Business joint honors. Before coming to South Korea in 2005, she was the Japanese representative for L’oreal from September 2003 to August 2005. It was only through doing a month homestay on Super Junior Full House in 2006 that skyrocketed her popularity.
In 2007, Eva replaced English Speed Quiz teacher Leah on Star Golden Bell before the segment ended. She also regularly appears on KBS’s Global Talk Show as representative of the United Kingdom.
In May 2010, she registered her marriage with her South Korean boyfriend who is working as a lecturer in leisure sports, in advance of their formal wedding ceremony on October 16, 2010.
