Park Dong Hyuk is a South Korean former football defender who last played for K-League Ulsan Hyundai in 2014. He went to Korea University from 1998 until 2001 before signing his first professional contract with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors in 2002. In 2006 he played for Ulsan Hyundai for the first time. In 2009, he signed with Gamba Osaka in Japan but was sent to Kashima Reysol on loan ultimately remaining there until 2011. He moved to China where he played with Dalian Shide in 2012 before returning to South Korea to play with Ulsan Hyundai for the second time until his retirement in 2014.
He represented South Korea at the U-20 and U-23 levels and went to the 2000 Summer Olympics and played 18 games for the top-level South Korea national team between 1998 and 2005. After his retirement, he became a manager for the police-owned team Asan Mugunghwa which includes many players serving their mandatory military service. In 2020, the club became a civil soccer team and was renamed Chungnam Asan and Park remained as their coach.
