Narsha (Brown Eyed Girls)

Narsha (born Park Hyo jin) is a Korean singer and dancer, who is part of the Korean girl group Brown Eyed Girls. She debuted with them in 2006, and debuted solo in 2010. Her stage name, Narsha, is derived from the term na-ra-sya, which means ‘to fly up’ in Middle Korean. She became a member of Brown Eyed Girls after a suggestion by Jea, who has been her friend since their high school years.

She is currently under Starit Entertainment and is a KOICA Ambassador. She won 1st Olleh-Lotte Smartphone Film Festival Awards Special in 2011 and SBS Entertainment Award and Best Challenge Award in 2017.

It was revealed on on February 12, 2019 that she has signed with Dmost Entertainment.
