Nabil Huening is an American TV personality and actor. He is of German heritage but was born in Brazil and immigrated to America at the age of four. Nabil graduated with a degree in Asian Studies from the University of Texas at Beijing Foreign Studies University. He left for Hong Kong at the age of 17 to learn and study Chinese. After moving to China, Nabil Huening became a celebrity – and for ten years he was known for being a singer. He has been labeled as one of the most popular foreigners in China. He has appeared in many Variety shows, radio, and dramas. He also has his own album ‘The Tree of Life’.
Nabil was married to a Korean woman named Jung Yeon Joo, and their children are Huening Kai (TXT), Lea (VIVA), and Bahiyyih (Girls Planet Contestant). His religion is the Baháʼí Faith.
