Kook Jong Hwan is a South Korean actor. He graduated from the Department of Public Administration at Kyonggi University in 1973 and the Korean Language and Literature Department of Korea Broadcasting and Communication University in 1986.
Debut as a theater actor in 1962 and appeared in "When Buckwheat Blooms" and "Spring Spring". He also made his debut as an actor.
He died on October 23, 2012 in Gwangju.
