Kim Jun Jae was a contestant on survival show Under Nineteen and put into the rap team. He was eliminated in the first rounds of eliminations (episode 6) and placed 19th in the team.
After training for one year and three months under Think About Entertainment, he made his appearance as a contestant on boy group survival reality show Produce X 101.
