Mayuko Kawakita is a Japanese-American talent, actress and model. Born in New York City in 1991.
She arrived to Japan in 2003 looking forward becoming an actress and became the winner of the Japan Bishōjo Contest, a beauty pageant held by the agency Oscar Promotion.
She was an exclusive model for Pretty Style between 2008 and 2011, and became an exclusive model for ViVi in 2012.
Besides her modeling career, Mayuko Kawakita has had roles in different dramas and films, and has made appearances in TV and radio shows, CM and music videos.
She is good friends with Mirei Kiritani and fans call them "MireMayu" (みれまゆ).
