Josh Kim is a Korean-American filmmaker based in Thailand. He shot short films and his debut feature, How to Win at Checkers (Every Time), premiered at the 2015 Berlin Film Festival. The film was Thailand’s official entry to the Academy Awards and Golden Globes for Best Foreign Language Film.
With Anucha Boonyawatna, the director of Blue Hour, Josh Kim co-directed Forbidden, an HBO Asia Original Thai Series.
