Daniela Ivanova Kirilova, is a Bulgarian cellist who may very well be Arirang’s biggest fan. Daniela and her daughter visited Korea to perform traditional Korean songs on the cello and to learn the culture. Their history with Arirang stems back when they petitioned to get Arirang TV back on air after their cable operator in Varna, Bulgaria decided to cease airing the network. Daniela and her daughter are musical ambassadors and a valuable human connection between Bulgaria and Korea.
