Cha Seung-woo (born July 27, 1978), better known as Cha Cha, is a South Korean singer and actor. Cha was a member of punk band No Brain. He is the leader of The Moonshiners, a rock band. He was nominated 4 times for the Best New Actor awards and win 2 of them, for the movie Go Go 70s.
