Cha Ha Ley

Cha Ha Ley is a South Korean announcer and current CEO of Parastar Entertainment. She graduated from Daewon Foreign Language High School and later obtained a bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. in Physical Education, and a master’s degree in International Studies, all from Seoul National University.

In 2014, she failed to pass the open recruitment for announcers at SBS. She took a position as a reporter instead and made her debut later that year as part of SBS’s "Morning Wide". She left SBS in 2015 and became part of the PR broadcasting team of KT Corporation, a position she held until 2020.

In 2016, she also became a regional announcer for MBC Gangwon Yeongdong and a year later, she moved to YTN as a studio anchor for several sports. She was quite athletic in college and loved running and tennis, so she has entered several sport variety shows such as "Kick a Goal" and "Tomorrow’s Winning Shot". She also became the CEO of Parastar Entertainment, an agency that focuses on helping the disabled.
