Bae Sung Jae

Bae Sung Jae is a South Korean television personality, sportscaster, radio DJ, and announcer. He is the brother of actor Bae Seong Woo. He began working at KBS in 2005 but moved to SBS one year later. In 2010 he was named as the main caster for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa as SBS had the policy to foster young announcers.

In 2012, he began working as an anchor for sports news on SBS 8 News. In 2015, he replaced K.Will as DJ on the 10 PM Power FM radio show, Bae Sung-jae’s Weekend United which expanded to a daily radio show in 2016. In February 2021, he resigned from SBS and became a freelance announcer, and one month later became an official announcer of the K-League 1 soccer matches.
