Myung Sung is a parking lot attendant living hand to mouth with no hope for tomorrow. He is an incompetent employee and a lousy husband to his wife. But deep within his heart, Myung Sung has desires and dreams for better days. Seo Gwang is a close friend of Myung Sung who delivers newspapers in the morning and works at a video rental store the rest of the day. They have manythings in common, including the fact that they are totally unaware of how clueless they are.
Hearing the news of Princess Diana’s death one day, the two men decide to become paparazzi themselves. Despite their hard work, they came up with no money and even when they hire a young girl in her 20s, Jina, they actually go into debt. Jina sympathizes with Seo Gwang, and they move in together. But their situation takes a toll on them, and they begin to bicker frequently. Seo Gwang gets a dose of reality when he drinks at a street bar and realizes the person pouring out his sorry story was actually the subject of a documentary on happy and successful individuals.
