“Exhuma” Surpasses 5 Million Moviegoers In Just 10 Days

“Exhuma” is picking up the pace at the Korean box office!

On March 2—just one day after the Korean Film Council announced that “Exhuma” had surpassed 4 million moviegoers—the star-studded new film officially hit the 5 million mark.

“Exhuma” was first released on February 22, meaning that it took less than 10 days to surpass 5 million moviegoers. Impressively, “Exhuma” reached the milestone four days faster than the recent blockbuster “12.12: The Day,” which was the biggest box office hit of 2023—and the sixth-biggest Korean box office hit of all time.

In honor of “Exhuma” becoming the first Korean film of 2024 to surpass 5 million moviegoers, its producers have released a special poster of its four leads: Lee Do Hyun, Kim Go Eun, Choi Min Sik, and Yoo Hae Jin.
