“Exhuma” Becomes 1st Korean Occult Horror Film To Surpass 10 Million Moviegoers

“Exhuma” continues to break its own records at the Korean box office!

On March 24, the Korean Film Council announced that the star-studded film had officially surpassed 10 million moviegoers after remaining No. 1 at the box office for 31 days straight.

Not only is “Exhuma” the first film of 2024 to reach the milestone, but it is also the first Korean occult horror film ever to hit the 10 million mark.

Notably, “Exhuma” is only the 23rd Korean film in box office history to surpass 10 million moviegoers—and it achieved the feat in less than 32 days.

To commemorate the occasion, the “Exhuma” director and cast came together to celebrate with a fittingly decorated cake. Check out their photos below!
