Top National Security agent Joo Tae Joo is rapidly rising up the ranks. Despite disliking animals, he wants to earn a promotion, so he chooses to guard the special Chinese panda Ming-Ming, for his next assignment.
At the welcoming ceremony, Ming-Ming is unauthorized takingped by an international radical organization. While in hot pursuit of the radicals, Tae Joo is knocked out, injuring his head.
He awakens, finding he’s able to communicate with theanimals! The only witness to the unauthorized takingping is the stubborn, retired military dog, Ali. Wanting to retain his top agent status, Tae Joo partners with Ali on Ming-Ming’s rescue mission.
