The Last Leaf

An omnibus film of three O.Henry’s short stories:
1. The Act of Love: Chun Shik and Mi Hye are art students who are faced with financial difficulties when their grants dry up. Each gives up school to help the other.
2. The Last Leaf: A young girl with pneumonia believes that her life will end when the last leaf on the ivy outside her window falls from the branch. An artist riskshis life and draws ivy leaves to further her life.
3. The Gift of Hye Sun: Hye Sun cuts her long hair and sells it to buy a watch chain for Sung Pil and Sung Pil sells his watch to buy a barrette for Hye Sun.
