Facts
Hyeong Jun, Min Hee, Jung Mo and Won Jin participated in the survival program PRODUCE X 101, of which only the first two debuted in the group project X1, respectively ranking #4, #10, #12 and #19. They were known as the Starship Boys.
They were named the top rookies for the first half of 2020 in the Hanteo list at the end of June.
On August 13, at the SOBA 2020 Awards, Cravity won the “New Artist Award,” his first award since his debut.
According to Tower Records’ official website, CRAVITY rose to the top of the weekly album chart during the week of August 24-30 with its second mini album.
On September 1, CRAVITY won its first music program victory on SBS MTV’s The Show with ‘Flame’. In total, they received 6,070 points. The group is the first rookie group that debuted this year to get a victory in a music program. In addition to that, immediately after the broadcast, the hashtags “Flame1stWin”, “CRAVITY” and their fandom name “Luvity” topped the real-time global trends on Twitter.
The title song of the first comeback “Flame” ranked No. 97 on the Billboard Korea K-pop Hot 100 chart in the edition of the chart dated the week of September 26.
On September 26, they announced the name of their lightstick, calling it remembong.
On September 27, the winners of “Brand of the Year Awards 2020” in the Male Rookie Idol of the Year category were announced.
In October 2020, CRAVITY has been chosen as a model for the BLACKROUGE cosmetics brand. The group will promote the product not only in Korea, but also in China and other Southeast Asian countries.
On October 09 they had their first fanmeeting, online, called “CRAVITY COLLECTION: C-EXPRESS” since their debut due to the problems with the pandemic, this fanmeeting was broadcasted on Vlive.
On October 31, they had their first performance in front of fans at KMDF 2020 (Korea Music Drive In Festival).
It officially joins UNIVERSE on April 14 and on the 15th of the same month they already had their own part on the platform.
