The litlle girl is cute while she is with Park Bok Nyeo they have chemistry to be mother and daughter. How come the father scared of the housemaid to be his wife lol! maybe he sees her as a robot and not a wifey material. She needs to smile and change her style of dress and hair to attract the father.

    @100 S biscoglia,
the last thing that the housekeeper told Eun Sang Chul was she had accepted the fact he refused to accept her as his wife and she had agreed to give up on it and willing to start her relationships with the bad stalker guy.

I’m looking forward to watch episode15 and episode16,
maybe, the housekeeper will find out the truth by herself.
Is very sad to see, if, the housekeeper ends up with the bad stalker guy who killed her husband and her son.

Who can help the housekeeper to heal her sorrows in her heart ?

    Dramaluvr Says:

I think the children are the only ones with the key to her smile. However, even that can never happen

She has a new tactic up her sleeve after seeing the CEO playing games along
With the Dad’s lover. The dad who by the way deserves no respect for being such a wimp. She probably wants to make the CEO’s life miserable. Good for her! He destroyed her life. No smiles or winks for him.

I like CJW in Winter Sonata – that’s how I come to know about Korean drama. Anyway, I don’t really follow this drama but it is still interesting. For a change, I like that it’s not the typical romance drama etc. And I have to agree with @mml about the kids making BN smile again rather than the father.

After she smile and becomes ‘alive’ again, then maybe there should be some courting between the father and BN. Then, it’ll make sense coz we still want BN to have a happy life after all the hardships she went through.

  7. 107
    just_saying Says:

BN should change the jacket and the cap. It makes her look kind of ugly, like a guy (no insult intended). She can still portray her ‘robotic’ characters from the way she walks etc. Or, wear a white/black colored jacket and just simply ties her hair. But lose the cap. She doesn’t really need the outfits to show her character as someone who has gone through hard times. She managed to do it through her act and facial expression.

  8. 108
    Dramaluvr Says:

The demented CEO is probably planning on killing her. He’ll also kill the
Crooked cop since he’s coming around for more $$$. Doesn’t the cop realize he’s dealing with a nutcase?

    Dramaluvr Says:

Well now he’s been found out Hope she sent the video to more than
Just the dad then it would beta waste cause he’s right there at the
    House with the corrupt cop

That CEO is a perverted creep. Yuck

    rm018 Says:

    Is it worth watching?

  13. 113
    Dramaluvr Says:

We have a lot of spoilers here so don’t read above you

I think it was interesting If you want a straightforward love story maybe not

A lot of the focus here is on children Talented children doing a fine job if acting

  14. 114
    Dramaluvr Says:

    ******spoiler alert. *****

I do not like what the aunt has done inserting herself She should have
Been there for those kids at the beginning. After all 3 years had passed
Since the mother died. What was she doing in that time? She is not a good role model. There’s something strange like she’s been in love with her brother in law. It smacks of incestous feelings on her part. At least it’s implied

What a strange end to this story

  15. 115
    Dramaluvr Says:

Well I saw the last episode raw. It did end a lot better than I thought

I just think the real mother was so stupid to kill herself because the
Lover said she was an obstacle. The children were also an obstacle would she have considered killing them too? Obviously not. She should have thought things over before committing such a selfish act towards herfamily who needed her. She should have given them a chance to help her with their love, very sad indeed

  16. 116
    imhel Says:

i give this drama 4 stars. the kids are good actors. the future of k-drama is assured seeing that there are quite a few good child/teen actors. the script was great without giving much clue away until the end…each episode left you wondering whats going to happen next. the drama also leaves some values to the viewer…it’s up to viewer to pick-up the morals & virtues shown in this drama. all in all I would say this drama was well-balanced.

  17. 117
    imhel Says:

    justsaying comment 107

pls refer to final episode There is a reason why she wore the watch, the cap, the jacket & the bag. this is why i like this drama. it doesnt quickly justify the hows & whys of the storyline but in the end there’s the full vindication by the writer.

  18. 118
    mml Says:

Yes, is a happy ending, it’s really worth watching this drama.
Rating will not be that accurate, i like this drama, this is subject to my own preference. I hope the rest of the viewers will also like this drama.

  19. 119
    peyutnduy Says:

The ending was good although we didn’t know for sure whether she came back as the housemaid again or as their mommy. So it would be much much nicer if we could see scenes when she became their mother. Either by showing us their wedding or they came to the court (?) to register their marriage. ;”)

  20. 120
    just_saying Says:

    Watched final episode.

@peyutnduy 119. I was wondering the same thing. Did she came back as a housemaid or as a ‘woman’.

Plus, I’m not that… satisfied with the scripts when they gathered at the river. They’ve chosen the dead mom over BN and they told her to LEAVE. Then, at home, they want her to stay – as what? stays as the housekeeper? It’s a bit selfish, cruel.

No insults/offends intended but, the mom is dead, you can’t hold on to dead people. Live goes on. We just need to remember them but we need to treasure the people that is still alive. BN would have understand and it wouldn’t be too embarrassing for her to stay. How can she stay when the children literally ask her to leave.

The scripts is a bit harsh when they simply asked BN to leave because they’ve decided to choose their dead mother. I’m just not happy about it. If I were BN, I wouldn’t have gone back even after a year. Unless they said sth abt wanting BN to come back because they love her as a person, not as the housekeeper.

And that’s why, the ending is a bit confusing – did BN came back as a ‘wife/mother’ or a housekeeper?

  21. 121
    Dramaluvr Says:

I guess the way this story was written the viewer makes their own ending in their mind. It’s open

So, I see it this way

They all needed to grieve. Especially BN. The year away helped her to
Come back smiling. It was a new beginning for them. The bridge was the little one who told her she loved her. Everyone else would follow in due time. They all needed each other for different reasons I see this as a family joining under a different circumstance. BN still had her outfit but this time she wore her smile. That’s my ending

Good actors and actresses with GOOD ENDING. LIke it… 🙂

Really nice drama. I did NOT care at all about the neighbor storyline. the sister in law was towards the ending. park was not trying to replace the mother at all. na yeong was just bitter because the children liked park way more than her. the grandfathers storyline was nice.

This is one of the best drama I watched the fact that Choi Ji Woo is my favorite. I simply enjoyed watching each episode it made me cry, laugh, reflect. There are lessons learned in this drama, it’s a thumbs up for me.

  31. 131
    Sally Says:

This was one of the stupidest dramas. I liked the Japanese version much better. And it has nothing to do with Choi Ji Woo who I happened to think is not that great of an actress. People think she’s beautiful, but I only see her overbite and what appears to be too much plastic surgery or Botox or something. Seeing pictures of her from just a few years ago is a dramatic difference.

  32. 132
    Chelsea BT Says:

This is one of my favorite Korean dramas, though honestly I found a lot of the characters very annoying..but that’s why I like it so much because it makes me feel such emotion. For half the series I couldn’t stand the dad because I thought he was a total selfish a**hole, I mean your wife has died because of you and your family is in a shambles but you quit your job and leave the house to chase after this woman? And I couldn’t stand Yoon Song Hwa either. She was such a selfish b*tch, not thinking that this man had a family and his priorities should be to them, but she practically acted as though he was more entitled to her than his kids. I found the older daughter rather irritating too at first. She was so immature and self-pitying, I understand the kids were going through a lot but she was just too much. Instead of acting maturely like an eldest child should and look after your siblings you run off and be stupid. Even though her boyfriend was a prick he was right when he complained about her using him as a drain and crying to him about her issues. And you’re kind of dumb when you like a guy who is interested in you only for sex. She should’ve gone for the other dude who actually cared about her. And the next door neighbor is such an annoyingly overbearing woman, gossipy and nosy. Would hate to live next to someone like her. But yeah, great drama and I honestly couldn’t stop watching. The acting is great too.
