  17. 17 : qiky Says:

i wanna see this drama ,…

  18. 18 : usa-mary Says:

@True2U-15: This one peaked my interest too! I so glad that you mentioned it in the I Do I Do blog. Actually, I’ve seen enough body swapping since the original Big with Tom Hanks here in the U.S. The only exception for me was the Secret Garden kdrama which the lead actors are my favorites and did a hilarious, exceptional job. After them…nil! Yet, with this one, I would enjoy watching the couple find out about each ones daily routine from beginning to end. This is going to be really good!

  19. 19 : m.girl Says:

.. waahhhh.. much excited to watch, romance comedy…

  20. 20 : Mystisith Says:

Solid first episode. Both main actors are good and the husband is absolutely hateful for now. When the tables will turn it’s going to be a pleasure. It reminds me of Desperate Housewives.

  21. 21 : Micc Says:

    Gasital reunion, sort of…hehe.

  22. 22 : ance Says:

    wow looks fun!

  23. 23 : Woolala Says:

    The Storyline is great.

Sunye’s OST ‘Come to Me’ is super awesome.

  24. 24 : hny Says:

Episode 1 is quite interesting … and made me riled .. can not imagine if I had a life like that with a cheeky hubby!! wife considered trash also a maid … Aigoo .. if were me, there’s no second chance for a husband like it.. I just give him ..’Plak Plak ‘ 1000x to his face ;D

  25. 25 : kdfan Says:

so happy to hv a comedy among all the melos showing currently. the beginning of ep 1 is so like gaksital. they probably made it intentionally so since the 2 stars were from that drama. the shows so funny i couldnt even keep a straight face when soonam was crying sending sayuri off. both husband n wife are so irritating. KJE’s voice haha she is such a good actress. hate the hubby, i feel like kicking him where it hurts most so many times.

  26. 26 : massoud Says:

  28. 28 : jangerr Says:

I’ve just watched eps 1 and 2 and they are really OOLALA!

@4 Mystisith – Hi dear! Looks like many of us are, or will be, catching the incoherent fever… I’m just laughing sooo much esp in ep 2 to be able to be able think coherently!

  29. 29 : True2U Says:

@usa-mary Sorry for the late reply, haven’t check here for a while. I watched ep 1&2 and i must say i cried from laughing so hard!!!!!!!!!! I’m truly surprise with Na Yeo Ok character, She’s amazing. She reminds me of Sam Soon, someone who won’t take crap lying down!!!

  30. 30 : True2U Says:

This show is a HOOT!!!!!!! My goodness my stomach hurts!!! I hope this show don’t hold anything back!!!! This is going to be GOLD!!!!!!!! OH-LA-LA

  31. 31 : True2U Says:

@ jangerr, AGREED I’m just enjoying every minute of it. Ep 2 had me in stitches, LOL when he rolled down those stairs. Phew next week I’m expecting some MAJOR pay back oh Na Yeo Ok part. I will thoroughly enjoy it!!!

  32. 32 : jangerr Says:

@31 True2U – Such a pleasure, isn’t it? Both leads have such excellent comic timing. I’ve been laughing so much that I can’t even type properly… (just look at my post on #28 above!)

  33. 33 : True2U Says:

@jangerr lol, A pleasure indeed!!!! Finally a body swapping drama with excellent comic timing. There were so much funny scenes that you can’t just pick one. I find myself rewatching ep 1&2. When they switch Kim Jung Eun & Shin Hyun Joon acting was excellent. That hospital scene when they though he was crazy almost killed me (LOL). I knew this was going to be an HOOT since I read plot 1.5 months ago, but boy did they nailed it. This is the first drama where I really don’t mind the misunderstanding! hahahaahha The mom is going to work the hell out of Soo Nam thinking it’s Yeo Ok.

  34. 34 : Arvie Rex Says:

The husband is the worst husband Ive ever seen in all Kdramas ever! HAHAHAHA

  35. 35 : usa-mary Says:

I just started watching this drama and so glad that I can still play catch up as it airs! I like Kim Jung Eun (I Am Legend/Lovers) and Hyun Jyu Ni (I Am Legend) acting together again. The husband is a WRETCHED MAN! Ohhhh…this writer surely knows how to get me to talk to this WRETCHED character via my computer screen! HA! I look forward to seeing Soo Numb (not mispelled-this will be his results from messing around…hehehe) how he and his pipi longstinking (again, not mispelled) wench are going to fair by the hand of Yeo Okshi after the switch! The sky and the ground!!!! See you just can’t switch on folks. When you initially stand your ground…see it through until you’re satisfied with the results!

The acting is really great so far in this drama! I’m looking forward to watching ep. 2.

  36. 36 : kel Says:

Is this drama worth watching? The rating is rising fast. This season, im watching too many dramas at one go and its tiring having to wait a week after another! Good dramas come come come xD

  37. 37 : True2U Says:

@Kel, watch ep 1&2, I’m sure you will definitely LOVE IT!!!!!!! U will love this wife if you love a strong lead female. She reminds me of Sam Soon, baby girl is crazy as hell!!!! No, I mean LITERALLY!!!! LOL

@usa-mary, That husband is definitely WRETCHED MAN and that’s me being kind, There is other words that better describe what an hdsgjfjgsjhjhjdsgjkdhjgjkhsdkjhdjkgkjghkghbjk he is!!!! I love Kim Jung Eun in Lovers, but I love her more here, heheheh

  38. 38 : usa-mary Says:

@True2U-37: This drama is truly a HOOT! The screenwriterand director are true GENIUS’! I agree about KJE! I liked her acting in the serious dramatic roles as an emotionally, in-control feminine character. Yet, I do agree that she excels in this comedic role! Now I see what everyone finds so funny! After the switch, her husband Soo Nam (Shin Hyun Joon) is soooo funny in ep. 2 (he’s an excellent actor) that I literally cried myself to tears and hurting muscles from laughing so much. I had to press pause during this switch discovery as he walked around the hospital ward talking to her/himself while the cameras caught the reactions from the patients and their visitors. When he called out ‘honey…honey… and was examining himself, I laughed even harder at the place where I paused it. Seriously, all I could do was laugh…pause…laugh…pause because it was soooo funny! Then when his family came…he confused everyone!

What really started my laughter was the way he ran up the stairs at the hotel on his way to retrieve the package Yeo Ok sent to the general manager. I’ve never ever seen a long-legged person take strides like that up the stairs…its HILARIOUS!

  39. 39 : True2U Says:

@usa-mary, A GENIUS INDEED!!! Secret garden and BIG didn’t give me what I was looking for and I had hoped this would have and I’m surprise that it has passed my expectation. I loved it since it was announced and I’m loving it more now. My laughter started much earlier when she aided her friend about her cheating husband. That knife had me rolling, then it continued when she confronted her cheating husband, I’ve never seen a man run so fast. The part that had my stomach in stitches for the first time was when grandpa hit him with his magical power and then he was looking back at her like, “Did you just hit me o.O” LOL and to top it off he rolled down those stairs. hahahahahaha. I agree about the pause, laugh, pause, laugh, but I have to add REWIND to that!!!! The switch reaction was sooooooooooooo real, the “honey honey” part almost killed me. Every1 was like “Damn, we got a crazy patient” “Why US!!!!” LOL. I find myself going back to watch some scenes. I love Kim Jung Eun acting as a guy, She has nailed it. Let’s not for get about Shin Hyun Joon acting as the female. Both had nailed it.

  40. 40 : jangerr Says:

@35 usa-mary – Me think you’re being too kind. A more deserving name for the poor excuse of a husband is Soooo Dumb! Hehe!

@39 True2U – Like you, despite the big names and high ratings of Secret Garden and Big, I didn’t get what I hoped for in them. In fact, both left me cold and I gave up watching them after a few episodes…. So far, Ohlala Couple seem to be hitting the right spots! :) Let’s hope it’ll continue in the same direction.

  41. 41 : usa-mary Says:

@jangerr-40: Hi there! You may have thought when I wrote numb that I was calling him a name or meant his brain. Actually, if I was one of those folks from their past, you know the one that hit him in the back of the head. This would be the results of his ‘messing around’ on our Yeo Ok-ssi…as in fizzle…shrink…wilt…limp dish rag…need I say more! hahahahaaaa! LOL! Well, at least I didn’t think about using a knife like the one used to scare away the adulterous! LOL!

  42. 42 : usa-mary Says:

@True2U-39: You know, I was laughing so hard during the scene in the hospital ward, that I really don’t know what the people in the ward was saying! LOL! There’s one scene where she/he’s back in the ward and the patient next to him acts like he’s losing his mind…hahahaha! That’s why I’m getting ready to do a rewatch.

Actually, I did laugh when they pulled out the knife and plunged it into the table. Then told the adulterous that no one was going to come to her aid beccause that’s their stomping ground where they hang out. I thought, what a set up! I even tried not to laugh when they had Yeo Ok gracefully upright in the ambulance after the accident. There’s no way that her short skirt should have been in that position, yet I respect them for not having her improperly revealing anything.

  43. 43 : usa-mary Says:

Oohlala Couple fans! Do you all remember not long ago when we watched kdramas, where the subtitles were the footers and commentors made their comments the header. It was like a 3:1 hilarious fun to watch! Well, I’m doing a rewatch of this drama and came across a website like that. I’m still in tears from the comments…LOL! Let me give you all some examples:

In the bedroom scene when Soo Nam said to Yeo Ok that she needed to know the difference between the sky and the ground. The commentor said this is why its so hard for her to get married. She’s already emotionally unstable and she would just kill Soo Nam! Next, she called Yeo Ok her long lost sister and hero for following a plan to teach Soo Nama lesson for cheating on her! Now here’s the piece de resistance! When Soo Nam and the wench were in the bed talking about Pipi Longstocking…the commentor said to Soo Nam that he should keep his pipi in his pants, return home and the wench should start using the pipi again that’s 2 hours away! RLOL! Too funny! There’s more from the very beginning, like in the restaurant during the knife scene with her friend’s husband’s ‘former’ mistress that literally made me howl, but I’ll just stop here! I’m returning to watch ep. 2 now! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and look forward to having a great week!

  44. 44 : True2U Says:

@us-mary, I know the site your talking about, Why? because that is mainly where i watch mines. With every new dramas that is where i go to get my fix of the drama and comments from other fans. You should have watched I Do I Do there. I tell it made the drama 10times better. AND!! another surprise, I’m guilty of one of the comments you posted LOL XD!!!!! Very GUILTY!!!

  45. 45 : usa-mary Says:

@True2U-44: I love it! Please continue making comments! Its making this drama even more entertaining!

Hmmm…I think I’ll do a rewatch of I Do I Do on that website! No! I will do a rewatch of it on that website!

I must point out something that really had me ROLLING with laughter in Oohlala Couple! When Yeo Ok went to the game room seeking out her son who skipped his English tutoring sessions, and when she was almost cheek to cheek with him inquiring about the game he was playing was priceless. Yet, even more priceless was after she began hitting him and he told her that she was embarrassing him. I was like uh…ohhhhh…you’ve done it now! When her hand wasn’t good enough. She picked up a keyboard and whaled into him! Now THAT WAS IT for me! RLOL! My thinking was…that’s right! Teach him not to mimick his sorry WRETCHED father! LOL!

  46. 46 : Micc Says:

This is hilarious! Only veterans like Kim Jung Eun and Shin Hyun Joon could pull this off.

  47. 47 : True2U Says:

LLOOOOLLLL!!!!! YES!!!! If you thought episode 1&2 was funny. Ep 3 might kill you, I was FLOORED!! I’m laughing so hard that i think my abs are starting to form!!. I can’t pick one scene because all of it had me ROLLING!! I knew he was a BASTARD since in the past, but their is something VERY fishy about the woman he is cheating with. I don’t know, it just feels like she’s using him!! Those red beans nearly killed me, Phew that was awesome!!! But my most favorite scene has to be the whole bed scene *Let’s sleep together*!!! I CAN’T, I REALLY CAN’T LOL!!! BUT!!! THIS SHOW IS A HOOT THAT I JUST CAN’T STOP WATCHING!!!!

  48. 48 : True2U Says:

Let’s NOT forget about the ENDING!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A MUST WATCH!!!!!

  49. 49 : marie Says:

the best!!!! i kept on laughing my heart out on this kdrama!!!!! can’t wait for the next ep!!!

  50. 50 : Kdrama_fan Says:

Why is this drams so absurd? The setting is strange to begin with (of course, it is fantasy genre). If they know that their bodies are swapped, then don’t they act accordingly to make their fragile peace to be maintained? This is a drama, but the common sense, I think, needs to prevail. But the scriptwriter thinks that the audience is dumb or what? I am not enthusiastic to watch the drama but fall into dozing in the middle of Episode 4.

  51. 51 : marie Says:

cmon no negative vibes. this is a hilarious kdrama and only the lead characters could pull it off! they are versatile in acting coz they are known in drama genre but still we can see a different side of them in terms of comedy! the storyline is great and many husbands-wives relate to this drama!!! 10 stars and thumbs up!

  52. 52 : kdfan Says:

ep 3 had me laughing almost throughout! I just love Shinhyunjoon, he’s so good acting as a female. there was scene during them in bed when the ‘husband’ was trying to jump on ‘her’, he was trying hard not to laugh. it was so obvious, i think they edited it in purposely to show how much fun the actors were having shooting the scene. on to ep 4!

  53. 53 : Arvie Rex Says:

Why ratings drop drastically in episode 4. Is this series getting boring?! Why why why?

  54. 54 : usa-mary Says:

In ep. 2, Narsha said that Soo Nam met, fell in love and married Victoria in their previous lives sometime after the death of Sayuri. Now, he’s attracted to his previous wife again, but this time she’s a homewrecker.

I’m ready for the next episodes!

  55. 55 : OK OK OK Says:

    EP 3 n 4

Very funny. Lead actor’s acting is superb & vvvvvvvvvvvv FUNNY !!!!!! :) :)

  56. 56 : Irene Says:

Seems to be a good and funny drama but i don’t like the lead actress so i’ll just skip this one. I’ve never watched any of her works, I am just wondering why she’s being give a lead role.

  57. 57 : OK OK OK Says:

    @ Irene

Just Curious. U never watch Lead actress acting. Why u don’t like her? 1 of my sis also don’t really like her but hv seen her acted b4.

Why don’t you try watching The Lover (act with Lee Seo Jin). In that drama, she is more serious compare to other comedy she acted.

Ohlala, the male lead is very very funny. His acting is highly commendable. :)

  58. 58 : coki Says:

this drama is aja fighting!! highly recommended for husbands and wives! verrryyy funny! laugh all you want! best lead actor and actress!

  59. 59 : h&m Says:

the best body swapping kdrama T_T

  60. 60 : sweppie Says:

  61. 61 : yoochun my bf Says:

Shin Hyun Joon is soo gay im convinced and want to slap the wench harharharhar

  62. 62 : Kevin Richard Says:

I agree with coki and h&m, this kdrama is unique. Couple adults. And we could find this problem in a real life where most of the husbands cheat their wives with young girls. don’t takethe negative, but the hilarious of this drama. Very funny :)))))))))))))))))

  63. 63 : swift Says:

Story too lame, the comedic scenes too stupid, will wait until past ep10 to continue watching again. Writer made the characters too extreme in their behaviour, should tone down the theaterics behaviour, make it more mature and believable.
Writer is also sending messages/ hints to the husbands and wives in general to be more understanding with each other (noticed that sometimes the lead actor and actress would face the camera and speak directly to the camera voicing out statements, hahahahah…….)

  64. 64 : usa-mary Says:

RLOL! This man is not only WRETCHED! He’s a very funny WRETCHED VULGAR BEAST! This drama is so funny. From his nose being heavy. To his brilliant idea to hit the tree…to getting hit with 4 sacks of beans…to taking the monk’s word by sleeping with each other. It’s obvious that his solutions are just as worthless as his character! I don’t know what’s coming next or how this drama will end, especially since her oppa came on the scene! But, I will say this…the commentors are funnier along with the scenes. Well, all I can say is that lil’ partner made him think he’s all that and has ‘NO’ substance! RLOL!

  65. 65 : unclear21 Says:

love the actors!!!! hate the characters, but this drama is so hilarious seriously super loved it!! had me laugh through out ep 3&4 lol the hospital scene is just legit, those patients reaction is priceless LMfAO,and the actor acting as a girl is so funny, they are throughly an amazing actor n actress, but the concept of the character i don’t know how to tell who got unlucy and whose lucky!! the guy is such a doucebag but it feels like the girl got punish as well i don`t think it gives justice, if that were to happened to me i don`t think i could ever forgive the guy, the guy is just hopeless, while watching the ep 1 to4 i was hoping he would show some sympathy but nope he just not care about anything but to himself. also the comedy kinda made me forget about that part, like wft they have to stick together to picks things up but wat for? for another chnce? i don;t think i would ever wanted to be with a guy who cheated on her even knowing they have kids, thats just worst, he’s so childish.

  66. 66 : usa-mary Says:

I don’t know how far the screenwriter is going to go with this. But, the commentors thought along the same lines as I did. Make Soo Nam experience the full glory of being a woman by making him have PMS symptoms. I took it even further. Along with the monthly visitor, let him experience every facet like craving sweets, especially chocolate and salty foods. Aaaaa bloating he will go, a bloating he will go, heigh-ho the merry-o, a bloating he will go! hehehe (I just couldn’t resist that)! Well, that will set him off on a crankinessfest like none other. Not only will he be labled bipolar, but ADD and ADHD, too!

In all seriousness this drama is excellent. I even like the over exaggeration of the gender that they’re portraying. Too funny! I also have to give it up for grandpa, the matchmaker of fate and the love goddess. They always appear at the right moment.

  67. 67 : kdramagirl Says:

fiGhting! hilarious crazy comedic act from actors. dbesttt

  68. 68 : Micc Says:

I really don’t know how Shin Hyun Joon could stop himself from laughing in the bed scene. It was hilarious!

  69. 69 : toinks Says:

the best is the bed scene i nearly fell off from my sit laughing terribly. ! iam convinced that the lead male protaganist is gay. he did well acting as ahjumma

  70. 70 : toinks Says:

the funny part is the sharing bed scene i nearly fell off from my sit laughing terribly. ! iam convinced that the lead male protaganist is gay. he did well acting as ahjumma

  71. 71 : kdramagirl Says:

    Na Yeo Ok
Go Soo Nam— funny couple ooooohhhhlallalalala

  72. 72 : Kdrama_fan Says:

The story is so strange and uninteresting. In Episode 6, I did not laugh at all.

  73. 73 : usa-mary Says:

Well…the truth has been revealed! Soo Nam told grandpa (disguised to look like Soo Nam) how Victoria began complimenting him. Then he relinquished his restraint when Victoria told him that she even likes him when he’s grumpy! WHAT! GRUMPY!!! Victoria clearly knew how to stroke his ego! She really crossed the line when she hugged him. mmmmhumph!

Now someone PLEASE tell me (hehehe)…what wife would tell her husband THAT(hehehe) really???!!! Honey…sweet cakes…baaaaby…my hunk…sweet heart…my stallion, I just luuuuuuv your grumpiness! It’s so adorable! Come on…be curt and say something mean to me again (hehehe)! What the…come on now! That belongs in the book about the 7 Shades of Gray (which I refuse to buy/read) for those into that sort of thing! I, personally, don’t know any woman that would tell her husband or man something like that! Victoria, stroked his ego real good on that one! What a pair, a weasel and a wench!

Seriously, this is really very, very good drama which I laugh whenever I think about their ongoing shenanigans!

At least in ep. 6, while under hypnosis, we found out what happened after ‘freedom fighter’ Soo Nam sent the ‘geisha love of his life’ off on her eternal voyage…the next voice we hear is…poppa! Not one, but 3 children! His then wife (currect adulterous lover-Victoria) was watching with their 3 children in tow!

Now I wonder why did grandpa want Soo Nam and Yeo Ok to get together in the future? They really weren’t together in the past! Grandpa’s side-kick vixen, Goddess of love brought Soo Nam’s his former wife (now lover-Victoria) together in the present. So, who is going to win the scroundrel this time?!!! Maybe the reason why he loved Victoria in the past was because she understood his roaming/philandering ways and he always returned home to her! Oh well, at least he proved that he didn’t really love Yeo Ok as a ‘geisha’ in the past. Ok screenwriter…continue to surprise us!

This drama is so hilarious! As much as I really enjoy the leads’ performances, I can’t help but wonder what direction this story will go. Soo Nam seems to be really in love with Victoria and she with him. And they compensate each other in a good way. While Yeo Ok and her first love seem to be a good match as well. But now Soo Nam is pregnant! Just hope the writer will amaze us with a great story!

  83. 83 : addylovesbwood Says:

this is one drama i look forward to every week!! we need a drama like this especially in such a melo-season with all these depressing dramas out!

I still can’t believe its halfway over. I wish it could get extented cuz i’m loving every single bit of it!!

I want her to go back to her ex and her husband should stay with his mistress (Han Chae An)!!

I have no idea how its going to end!! The character are all such a mess right now

  84. 84 : usa-mary Says:

This drama is so crazy. Yet, it makes me laugh hilarously! Go Soo Nam’s femininity is so improv-drag queenish! While Yeo Ok at times reminds me of Quasi Moto who’s now pregnant! What’s with the bows…a huge one at her neckline and the small one to keep her hair off of her face. Not to mention the knee-hi hosiery…with a run no doubt. The scene in the laundry room with the ajummah’s was priceless.

Well, if nothing else. I hope they are able to switch back with Soo Nam ending it with Victoria (who moves on with her life) and sincerely gives his wife the love she needs and deserves from him. At least, that’s what I would like to see happen. But, for some reason, I sense the writer is going to do something off the chain even more so than what we’re seeing now.

P.S. Re the scene at the bar…their attorney friend calls that flirting when he (turning up his suit coat collar like an old Humphrey Bogart movie) started using the worse lines I’ve ever heard. If that’s his come on lines…he truly needs to get debarred from both the liquor bar and the legal bar! hehehe

After Yeo Ok and Soo Nam switched their soul, their character were too over reacted. Huh!!! The way they talk, their emotion, their acting, totally too over! Yeo Ok acted too rude as a man, even her true husband behaviour also not like that. Meanwhile, Soo Nam also acted very rude as a woman. Yeo Ok, her true self was not like that too. Really can’t stand watching their behaviour! This drama getting very annoying! Is not funny at all, i feel very stupid!

Hyun Woo & Yeo Ok :)

  98. 98 : usa-mary Says:

Ladies! I don’t know about any of you, but I’ve been blowing kisses at my computer screen towards Hyun Woo ever since the truth came out about why he had to leave Yeo Ok. Her mother wouldn’t permit their relationship to continue knowing that he was seriously ill. Well, that man looks good to me anyway; even more so now since I know the truth. He has a much kinder facial expression. Especially, towards Yeo Ok! He’s a total gentleman who restrains himself from coming on to strong with Yeo Ok. He know she needs time and is giving her this space.

Okay, I’ve changed my mind! I want Yeo Ok to be with Hyun Woo. In my personal opinion, Soo Nam just wants Yeo Ok back because his entire routine of being taken care of by her is completely shot. His mother and sister don’t provide him with the creature comforts he had with Yeo Ok; especially with their bickering and all. They’re self just like Soo Nam. Plus, he’s only jealous of Hyun Woo’s possibility of being able to take Yeo Ok completely away from him, therefore, totally losing the one who can restore his well ordered life to its true origin. After that worm, Soo Nam, in the midst of his tearful apologizing, told his wife that he still believed that he could have gotten someone better if she hadn’t gotten pregnant with Gi Chan and this was after she lost their second child! My view is…Just go away Soo Nam with your oh so heavy nose and take Prictoria with you! She’s hellishly annoying and a bothersome pest! I’d wish she’d stop appearing before Yeo Ok pleading with her about Soo Nam, too! The reason he doesn’t want to marry Prictoria is because she’s not strong enough to be in a marriage with him and in the household with his controlling, lazy mother and sister. So its the old…its cheaper to keep her syndrome!

Oh…by the way! Hit her for me Yeo Ok! Calm down…calm down says Soo Nam! Hit her again, but harder! Victoria stepped wayyyyy over her bounds by taking Gi Chan on an outing, continually showing up at Soo Nam’s household buttering up Soo Nam’s silly mother and sister who acts like she doesn’t like her, but doesn’t turn down the gifts either! My sentiments are thus…she didn’t hit her hard enough! People like Prictoria need to get taught a lesson now, not later!

    usa-mary, i can’t help but totally agreed with your comment… :)
this drama is hilarious and yes i am totally addicted with it!!

  101. 101 : usa-mary Says:

Okay…I was taught to respect the elderly, but the matchmaker of fate grandpa is trying to get on my nerves!!! Na Yeo Ok has been having a hard time for YEARS in her role as a filial wife to a royal jerk of a husband and evil witch of a mother-in-law, not to mention the lazy sloth sister-in-law who doesn’t even wash her own undies (imagine E. Munch’s painting entitled ‘Scream’) and Go Soo Nam is having a hard time for a few months and its considered a travesty! PAA-LEASE! Give me a break screenwriter! NO! Give us all a break and let Yeo Ok have some long term happiness with Hyun Woo! Truth be told…that royal jerk of a husband will do fine for…hmmmm…I’ll say about 1 year. Then, he’ll get comfortable when he knows she’s comfortable, then he’ll return to his truth self again. Only this time, he won’t let her know he’s cheating. He’ll go to the karaoke bars to get his groove on!

I feel better now that I’ve gotten that out! This drama is so wonderfully written. In ep. 14 when Soo Nam is parked in front of Madame’s home, a stick of chalk appears and he draws on the ground and begins to play hopscotch which we can tell that he hasn’t exercised in a while because it becomes too much for him…HILARIOUS!

In ep. 13 or 12 when Soo Nam lunges at my ‘sweetie’ Hyun Woo who uses a Ju Jitsu hold on him…I laughed and with hands clasped to my chin, batting my eyelids with my heart a flutter thought…my hero (swoon)! Now if you believe that, I have some land to sell you in Gangnum, and I don’t even live in SK (hehehe)! Actually, that scene had me acting as if I was in a sports arena cheering for my fav team! Go Hyun Woo…Go! Ohhhh…I just love this drama. It’s hilarous!

Now if we can only do something about Vicky-longstocking! Any suggestions? Why…oh…why does she ‘NOW’ want to become a part of the customer care team! This child is not only clingy, but needy and seedy. I fault Soo Nam because Vicki-icky-pippi-stocking told him at the hospital after the accident that if he really…get it…reeeaaally doesn’t want to be with her anymore, she’ll leave and go back to Sweden. Well, that royal ‘jerk’ didn’t even open his mouth! Of course, he told her to not make him look bad in Gi Chan’s mother’s eyes, but of course, she doesn’t believe it because…its his fault getting Vicki-cling wrap-pippi-stocking so emotionally wrapped up into him in the first place! So…wade it out, buddy…wade it out and stay with Icky-sticky-pippi longstocking…please!

  102. 102 : ance Says:

i just finished episode 7…everything is getting complicated…i just wished that they would just go their separate ways so soo nam can love that irritating girl and yeo ok can go back to her 1st love…i don’t know what will happen yet coz there’s a lot of episode to catch up, for now, that’s what i think….:)

this drama is pretty funny, but sometimes i really hate that couple from all those bickering…they discover something good with each other then starts shouting at each other again…is that what a normal married couple always do?

must persevere…so i can catch up!

  103. 103 : usa-mary Says:

@ance: Answer to your question, “…is that what a normal married couple always do?” Well, it varies because not all couples reasons for getting married is the same. All couples will disagree and argue to some extent. It depends on the level of maturity of each individual and how they handle their emotions, and their approach to emotional issues. Liking a person takes higher presidence than being ‘in love’ with a person to me because that kind of love can be fleeting and impulsive. The only exception is when each person in their awareness, practices ‘unconditional love’ which is the ultimate love. Understanding and putting in effort is associated with that practice of love.

  104. 104 : ance Says:

thanks for that! i noticed that they always show married couples fighting like in Can’t Lose…or couples that ignore each other, like those chaebol couples…i know that dramas are somewhat reflection of real life, that’s why i asked if that’s what a normal married couple always do, coz if it’s like that i thought there’s something wrong with my marriage, coz we never fight like that…hehehe!

i finished episode 14 last night…i feel that yeo ok will die, like what happened in her past life. i also think that she deserves to end up with hyun woo coz i think it will be hard for her to come back into soo nam’s family…especially with all those misunderstandings and ungrateful in-laws. i also like that soo nam & ki chan’s relationship is improving coz that’s how should a father & son relationship is suppose to be…

now i’m torn who i want yeo ok end up but its a 60% for hyun woo and 40 % for soo nam…i also feel that victoria is super-clingy…i’m so irritated by her…she’s beautiful, but i think she should move on…she can still find another Oppa that will take care of her…

  105. 105 : usa-mary Says:

Alright writer!!!! Enough is enough! Go Soo Nam is sincerely making th effort to mend his ways and act better towards Yeo Ok…and that’s all well and good! Victoria is trying to friendly up to Yeo Ok…that’s also well and good too, because forgiveness is the door way to healing. BUT…TO HAVE YEO OK NOT HAVE LONG TO LIVE…is just plain TICKING ME OFF!

Granted, I laughed a lot in many episodes, but ep. 15 is just too much! I’ve done so well by not even tearing up, but if Yeo Ok dies, not having been loved and cherished like she deserves to be…that JUST WON’T DO AND IS JUST PLAIN WRONG! HECK! If she dies period…THAT WON’T DO EITHER! Those two entities from another life need to stop their butting in and shenanigans. I just don’t like sad dramas, period!

@ance: It was one thing to have Yeo Ok’s as a former geisha die, I didn’t really know her. But not Yeo OK!!! Come writer, she has a child! Well, I still want her to be with Hyun Woo, and would like for Victoria to head back to Sweden. But, since Soo Nam agreed with his mother about Victoria (he agreed right away-that didn’t take a lot of coercing), UGH, YUCK, PEW-WEE…I guess that person is a wrap for that family! Plus, I could tell by the tone in Soo Nam’s voice whenever he and Victoria crossed each other’s path in the corridor of the hotel that he missed her. He never, ever got her out of his system, and really didn’t even try. I agree about Victoria. She’s clingy and unrelenting when it comes to her the emotional hold she has towards Soo Nam! Oh well, I really don’t want to have my tissue ready…I really don’t!

  106. 106 : ogrenji Says:

everytime i watched the ohh lala couple eps i only think about how ki chan feels when he sees his parents fight in front of him and get divorced, and seemed a little abandoned by the two of them after the divorce -____- … pity the child ..

btw eventhough i think every child might want their parents to be together again,i root for hyun woo…the chemistry is greater than with soo nam hehe ^^

  107. 107 : usa-mary Says:

Who’s Funny: Go Il Ran and Kang Jin Goo…their meeting for the 2nd time and drinking, AGAIN!!! Wasn’t the first time enough! Jin Goo is living in his own euphoric, fantasy world! Especially, since its the first time he’s probably been with a woman and now he wants to get married to Il Ran who he’s driving crazy, while her mother is literally over joyed about the matter! hehehe Just as long as Jin Goo has a good job, making good money, and wants her good for nothing, lazy daughter…he’s good to go! Bad alcohol, bad joo!

What’s Funny: When Soo Nam saw Jin Goo in his livingroom and Jin Goo thought that Soo Nam was in the Philippines, their shocked facial expressions were absolutely hilarious! I almost hollered from laughter when Soo Nam asked his sister if Jin Goo was the one she was out with all night (nooooo Il Ran, the runny mascara, barely-there traces of smeared lipstick, and uncombed hair didn’t give it away) and Jin Goo (with his silly self) responded how the moment they spent together was very special to him (blushing). Soo Nam couldn’t stop blinking his eyelids as in disbelief. He began blinking them so fast and long, that I couldn’t stop laughing.

Funny Locale: Am I the only one that noticed whenever someone goes to the hospital ER, that its the same 3 people who run out from the ER with the gurney? Its always 2 men, along with the same ER nurse! For some reason, I noticed it. Maybe because I was trying not to get too emotional over Yeo Ok when Hyun Woo just couldn’t leave her home and went back to check on her. Wow…that was a tough scene to get through! For Hyun Woo to not be her destiny (according to the bumbling 2), he is much more in tune with Yeo Ok than the man that she was married to for 10 years! Hyun Woo knows her through and through.

Okay writer! Episode 15 and 16 are not easy to take at all! Come one now! You are the only one that can change this around for Yeo Ok, with just a few strokes of your pen or pencil. While you’re at it, please use your ink pen to ‘FIRE’ those 2 bumbling idiots from the after-life. You know the goofing up folks from Yeo Ok and Soo Nam’s before-life! Better yet, could you just use your eraser on them!!! Thank you!

Also, unfortunately, some of the emotions evoked are not so good towards certain people who will remain nameless! hehehe Inclusive of the EXCELLENT acting is the most beautiful decor and fashion statement making galore!

Anyway, it is definitely the MOST ENTERTAINING one, yet! There are some scenes that made me laugh so hard until I had tears in my eyes! I hate to see it end. Hopefully, the ending will be a good one! DO YOU HEAR ME WRITER!!! hehehe

I won’t bother finishing it then.

Thanks a million for the advance notice/ spoilers everyone. You’ve just saved me from wasting any more time on this one.

Now I know why the ratings are so low. Well deserved!

  116. 116 : Rubysing Says:

Against all hope, I was really shipping Hyun Woo with Yeo Ok – he deserves to live happily with her and fulfill the promise he made to her when they were young. Plus the way he wooed and cared for her was so sweet and gentle, unlike the loud Su Nam. So disappointed with the ending. Seems so silly to me that she settled for second-best :(

  117. 117 : Emily Says:

I really want to kill the screen writer when I see the ending.
So Yeo Ok said she did not want to be thankful in every breath to the person she hate the most before the operation, she said she want to live because of Hyun Woo, and then, afther she must be thankful to GSN, she love him????????
    Is this reasonable?
Doesn’t she have any mercy to Hyun WOO
I think bost the director and screen writer are mad.
I wish I’ve never watched the ending.

  118. 118 : unknown unknown Says:

This drama started so well and I had many good laughs during the earlier episodes. Thereafter, it went downhill becoming an unbelievable melodrama…so sad. I only watched till the end because I always liked the female lead Kim Jung Eun (since early days). Somehow the ending leaves a viewer disappointed…what went wrong really? I can understand why most people hated Fashion King’s ending but why does Ohlala Couple’s ending felt lousy despite the supposedly “good ending”? Something to ponder over….

  119. 119 : usa-mary Says:

Well…eventhough I hoped for the best when it came to Hyun Woo and Yeo Ok getting together, there are always tell tale signs which give away the ending.

Some writers just love to take us on an emotional rollercoaster prelude until we rich the end of the ride which is….total disappointment. Okay…what’s next. Anyone have any good suggestions. No tear-jerkers, please! Thank you! Boy, I miss Mysoju and their synopsis categories!

  123. 123 : usa-mary Says:

@unknown unknown: Thank you…I will do just that!

About this drama…in the beginning, eventhough we could just strangle Go Soo Nam…well maybe only I thought that…there were so many funny scenes. Like when Yeo Ok helped her friend confront the other woman who was messing around with her skirt chasing attorney husband. That huge butcher’s knife and talk of drawing blood, dying right on the spot was all she wrote! Then, after the soul switch…like what I call the awakening (scenes in the hospital)! I laughed so hard and long that I’m going to rewatch that if for those scenes alone. Next, getting hit with beans by the monk…priceless, and last but not least…trumpets sounding…the running into the tree! Only a man could come up with such a bright idea as that! hehehe (smile)

Anyway, there were other scenes that were funny, yet these stood out the most to me!

To whomever comes after us to watch this drama…it is well worth the watch!
