I can’t wait to watch the next episode!!

  11. 11 : Mokoduk Says:

Ruri’s parent’s flashbacks to the early 70’s were just awful . . . lol! They didn’t look young at all. They might have used young actors to play their younger selves. I mean it’s 40+ years difference.

  12. 12 : Mokoduk Says:

Roo Ri’s dad is played by the most unromantic actor I have ever seen in a Korean Drama. His idea of romancing his then young wife to be sounded like someone totally disinterested but doing it because it’s his job. His lines were romantic enough but his delivery was like . . . dude give me a break. I feel sorry for Mi Sook.

  13. 13 : USA Says:

@ Mokoduk – Agree about the couple’s walk back to the 70s was horrific. The Director short-changed the integrity of this drama with a couple of wigs. I just down-graded to a B-Class drama. Director tried to ‘swing it’ instead of doing it right – which likely increased the entire budget by 20% – hiring younger actors, even pushing out the on-air timeline. Trying to save 20%, the drama got down graded to low quality. This is a classic example of some executives, like this director, try to ‘swing it’ in hopes nobody would see, hear or know about defective pieces in their products – thereby ruining the entire reputation of their company. Audience is forgiving, so we wait & see, but their patience has already been tested… little room for another ‘swing it’ cover job…

@ Mokoduk – Regarding RooRi’s dad, that is a typical male of that generation & even now – there are wo/men who are naturally unexpressive of their true feelings, that doesn’t mean they don’t love. Often their love goes much deeper than those running their mouth or fingers through. So I dont agree with your evaluation of the actor. Happen to think he’s quite good. Oh

  14. 14 : USA Says:

The screen writer & director don’t know how to present multi-characters and multi-plots in a seamless, easy to follow, entertaining way. This drama is one twisted-confusing-trying too hard story that leaves viewers confused, lost & frustrated to watch. Usually, viewers judge new drama within the first 2 weeks of airing, and I give this drama F-. Done with this drama.

  15. 15 : Mokoduk Says:

Ru-Ri’s brother is one cold individual just like his father. When his wife was hurting and crying most men would try and comfort them. He just sat there as she wept and offered nothing to ease her pain.

And the father . . . holy-moley, that guy is dumb or a psychopath. He can’t see he created the problem in the first place by driving off the former girlfriend.

  16. 16 : Diana Says:

    @@Mokoduk —-
I agree Lee So-Won is a cold person and appears not to have any feelings for his wife. It could be because he probably was pushed into the marriage by his father as he is now doing with Ru-Ri. So-Won has a lot of material things in his life, lives in luxury, his mother-in-law bought him a hospital, but material things don’t buy love. I don’t remember the entire line when he brought his mother to his second house, and in their discussion he mentioned ” Su Mi.” Something about “not what happened to him with Su Mi.” Sounded like he didn’t want that to happen to him again or can’t remember if he was referring to someone else?? So-Won nor his mother don’t understand why she broke up with him in a nano second when he came back from – “I forgot where – the service? Also, he has that second house as he feels suffocated at times living with his wife and mother. His m-in-law does throw it up a bit to his face all that she did for him. But I do agree he could have more compassion for his wife.

Choi Sun-Young has no conscious and has no problem killing any one who gets in her way. She is one mean person.

Jung Hwa-Young appears to have quite a bit of history to her life. Woo-Joo’s father is a real loser and a creep. It will be interesting to find out how she got involved with him and learn about her past history.. I hope Go Jung-Do will be able to handle it all when he finds out the truth about her past life. They make a cute couple.

It appears Su Mi has not been able to support herself and her child. I wonder where her parents are??? Either she left home when she found out she was having a baby, or they kicked her out, or??? She also seems to be a hardened person now. Certainly her personality was not like that when she and So-Won were in love.

Lee Shin-Mo is an extremely hard person to life with. God bless his wife for sticking it out as long as she did. Geez…..surprised she didn’t have a stroke or heart attack dealing with him all her married life. Now she decided to stay with him!!!!
I only have seen 6 episodes, so don’t know everyone’s story yet.

  17. 17 : iam Says:

    maincast NOCHEMISTRY😠😠

  18. 18 : Cassie Says:

The problem I have with Tae Yang’s mom is that she’s not allowing for the fact that Tae Yang’s father is not the same man she was with, back in Seattle. Tae Yang’s father is no longer a drinker.

Not telling Tae Yang the WHOLE truth about his father will in time come back and bite Anna. And it will hurt Tae Yang too.

The image Anna paints of Tae Yang’s dad is not the same as what Tae Yang is experiencing with Chairman Kevin. And that’s the problem.

  19. 19 : Rose Says:

    @ Cassie —

I agree with you about Anna not telling Tae Yang about his father. But then this is K-Drama for you. They drag everything out to the end of the show.

It is interesting that Yeon-Joo or for that matter her mother, Yang Choon-Ok, did not investigate herself if Oh Han-Gyeol is really So-Won’s daughter. The type of personality that Choon-Ok has, I would have expected her to get a DNA test on her own to see if the little girl is really So-Won’s daughter, instead of just taking his word. If it was me, I would have double checked as the girl who gave Shin-Mo the results knows the little girl. And when Shin-Mo agreed to having a DNA test taken, Soo-Mi’s eyes opened wide and she wanted him to take the girl to her hospital. If the girl is So-Won’s, why would she care where Shin-Mo did the DNA test????

I was hoping Young-Hye would divorce her disgusting husband.

  20. 20 : Rose Says:

This show is weird —- they leave a lot of info out of the scenes. Why didn’t Tae Yang tell his parents that conniving Ae Ri IS NOT HIS GIRLFRIEND, when he brought her home for his dad to teach her how to cook???? Tae Yang’s parents are assuming she is without any evidence!!! Why didn’t Tae Yang just bring his father to the company where he works and he could teach her to cook there. Ae Ri is going to continue to be a conniving witch.

Same at the restaurant — when she was told he was not coming. When Tae Yang showed up at the restaurant, the manager neglected to tell him someone called and said he was not coming and Roo Ri didn’t tell him either. I certainly would have.

I am tired of hearing Young Hee continually calling her mouthy disgusting husband “Honey.” She needs to divorce the idiot.

  21. 21 : aznative Says:

    Dear administrator

This drama is available (regionally) on Viki.

  22. 22 : Rose Says:

This show doesn’t make sense — when conniving witch, Ae-Ri, made the ingredient decrease by 20, the company who was bringing the ingredients in the real world would have called her to make sure that change was correct. And knowing that Ae-Ri was working against them before, neither Ty, Roo-Ri, Myung-Rang or Sun-Tan would have thought that maybe Ae-Ri was up to her old tricks again??? And how could Roo-Rii not remember that she definitely changed the number from 20 – 22??? And now the signs in the restaurants are incorrect. When is Roo-Ri going to wake up that she did not make the mistakes???? This show doesn’t make sense at times.

And I hate the scenes w/Shin-Mo. He is just one disgusting person. I can’t believe Young Hee decided to stay with him. I thought she had a medical problem some episodes back due to putting up with all that crap from her egotistical husband?? And she continues to put up with it!!!!

And now Choi Sun-Young, another evil person, found out Ty is Calvin’s son and he can’t. Jung-Do need to tell the 2 young children what Sun-Young did to Woo-Joo’s parents so they stop going to see Sun-Young. Gezzzzz!!!!

  23. 23 : Mardonna Says:

This drama is giving me a headache. Scenarios written by Dumb and dumber. Directed by I’m getting a check. Casting by the older the better. Ratings by let’s show on Sunday when nothing else is on. Cliffhanger can it get worse.

  24. 24 : Sundance Says:

Why would Young-Hye call her husband “honey” even though they are separated???? It is a habit as they were married a long time.

I was surprised Park Min-Ho and Director Kim would join forces to be on Ae-Ri’s side. Park knows all that she has done to Tae Young and Roo-Ri in the restaurant and he thinks she will straighten out!!!!!! He is fooling himself. Ae-Ri needs to be run over by a truck.

And hard to understand why So-Won sticks up for his dad. He has and continues to hear all the nasty disgusting remarks he makes to Young-Hye and Roo-Ri. So-Won needs to correct his father when he makes those remarks. And So-Won decides he loves his wife after they break up?? What happened to that apartment he had to go and get a break and some fresh air????

Love Han-Gyeol, she is great in telling off Shin-Moo. Han-Gyeol has a better life now that she is living with So-Won.

  25. 25 : Diana Says:

The man that Young-Hye is working for is a very pleasant and calm person. I like him with Young-Hye.

Who is the young actor who was with Choon-OK in the hotel room??? He was cute and funny. Liked his earrings.

Ae-Ri is a disgusting piece of trash. She needs to be run over by a truck. And I am so disappointed in Park Min-Ho for pulling all kinds of crap behind his boss and helping out Ae-Ri. How stupid is he???? All for what — money??

Hwa-Young is stupid… no matter she ended up with idiot guys in her past. She believes what every one tells her. Instead of asking Tae-Yang about Roo-Ri about all the B.S. that Park told her, she just believes him right away. How stupid can she be?????? They set her up good and she fell for the lies without batting her eyes.

  26. 26 : Ryan Says:

Choi Sun-Young and witch with a Capital “B” would make a great mother and daughter. They are both the same.

  27. 27 : Rose Says:

Hmmmm…….I made a mistake in thinking that Mr. Park, the man that works for Calvin Miller was a nice man, but was I wrong. He did a 120 degree turn around. How could he back the wicked, evil Ae-Ri???? He knows that she did several things to screw Roo Ri. Tae-Yang should have turned the evidence in to Calvin instead of Mr. Park so he could see what his idiot daughter was doing.

I can’t figure out whose side Director Kim is on?? Pretending to be on Ae-Ri’s side or working behind the scenes for the other witch Choi Sun-Young??

Can’t figure out Jung Hwa-Young??? Under no circumstances did she want Tae-Yang to find out about Calvin, nor did she want anything to do with him and over night she changed her mind, and now is sticking by Calvin’s side because he saved her son. And believing everything Mr. Park is telling her and the creep Ae-Ri. Can’t wait until the truth comes out so she can see what a fool she is.

I feel bad for Woo Joo and Eun-Byeol. They little happy home has become an unhappy mess.

I hope Tae-Yang doesn’t back down and get involved with Ae-Ri. And Roo-Ri should tell him about what Ae-Ri in the elevator was Calvin was in the hospital by knocking her bag on the ground and ripping it so Roo-Ri had to go buy another one.

No communication at times in this show.

Sul Jung-Hwan is the physical therapist who works in the medical facility with So-Won. His name is not listed in the credits. He was in Teacher Oh Soon Nam and was one of the main characters

  28. 28 : John Toh Says:

I find that the Taiwanese Hokkien drama is very boring already, so this time round, this korean drama is going to show on Mediacorp Channel 8 which will be on weekends starting from 7pm onwards .
