Synopsis
Lee Soo-jung is a travel agent who is seeking her good luck in Bali after a harsh and unforgiving childhood. She meets Jae-min, Kang In-wook, and Young-joo in Bali, three seemingly perfect people entangled in a triangle of love. When Lee Soo-jung finds herself back in Seoul, her desire for success leads her to seek Jae-min for a job, unwittingly setting off a course of events that further complicate the love triangle.
What Happened in Bali is a drama that reveals the inner materialistic desires of people. It reflects upon the sometimes ugly (but truthful) side of man where nothing matters more than money.

ive been in search for this drama quite sometime and at last i found it one day in a dvd store though the audio is in chinese version but with eng subtitle so i still have the urge of watching it…and finished the drama for 1nite and 1day viewing..:) I totally agreed to everyone who posted comments in here that the story and thier great acting is very very great! Jo In Sung and So Ji Sub and Ha JI Won….they deserves an acting award for this drama when this drama was aired…Yeah the drama lingered longer in the memory of every viewers based on the drama endings! that’s how i guess some are ended in a not so happy ending..a kind of a lost feeling that when you’ve done watching you will be in your silent moment in a few sec contemplating on the story..;) …on this drama it could be a little more artisticly done and less depressing if the writer did the sad ending in a not so depressing moment left to the viewers…a kinda dying ending moments which was done by somebody instead Jung Jae-min…you know the question left in your mind that “how could he done such horrible action knowing how he really truly love Lee Soo-jung to the point that he will trade his marriage his family and his lifestyle just to let soo-jung have a happy life”…anyways..overall the drama was done beautifully beacuse of thier superb acting and how handsome those two guys!

just finish watch this drama, all ppl said this drama is great, i know sad ending, thts why i never watch it, ever since it was aired in indonesia. lol…
bt last weekend i hv nothing to do, so i watch it..
theres lot of fascinating things
1. their pants, oh gosh…look tht wide bottom trouser..
2. jo in sung flower shirt
3.the 7/8 pants tht ha ji won wear
all those really “something” at tht time…hihii
bt the storyline and the act are hilarious…
its a common happen nowadays…
all about money…
i like ha ji won and jo in ung as couple…bt i wish ha ji won marry hyun bin…and jo in sung with me..hihihi
