Synopsis
Jejoongwon is the first modern hospital in Korea established in the Joseon era in 1885. Yeon Jung Hoon plays a nobleman who gives up his status to enter its ranks. Park Yong-woo plays a butcher’s son who becomes a physician, while Han Hye-jin enters Jejoongwon as an interpreter but takes on medical training to become a doctor.

I think this will be a good drama to catch. I especially like Park Yong Woo after seeing him in Once upon a Time together with Lee Bo Young.

i can’t get to watch episode 24 onward download by VIKKI. she want us to go into her blog if we want to watch this episode. i hated it. VIKKI pls don’t download anymore drama series if you don’t want people to watch.

THE LEADER ACTORS ARE GREAT, IS HAS GOOD SCENCES AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE ROMANTIC AND LOVE STORY, SO THE MEDICAL SCENCE ARE IMPRESIVE………….

just starting watching this drama… i love the most is yeon jung hoon… He is really a great actor…. how can i forget his acting in sad sad love story with kwon sang woo, east of eden remarkable role u will hate him and love him at the same time… you deserve an acting award…. well done…. more tv series for you..GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS…..sarang-hae

Jejungwon is great. For me, was one of the best dramas. Love Han Hae Jin. Think she is the most beautiful korean actress. Really don´t understand the low rate. As dmingz said, I really wanna have all songs from Jejungwon. I bought one CD with mixed dramas, but from Jejungwon it didn´t have the instrumental songs that I loved so much. Anybody can help?

What a wonderful drama. We ran the full gamut of emotions watching this beautiful historical drama and the tears flowed freely. The acting was superb, the cinematography fantastic. This is a series that should be screened in schools and essays written on ethics, oppression, the impact of class on society, international relations etc etc etc. Hollywood could learn a lesson on how to present good, wholesome, educational drama. One could not help but fall in love with Han Hye Jin (I did) and the two lead male actors drew you into their world with such ease. I salute the cast, crew and producers of this superb production. Unfortunately the subtitles on the last four episodes were so poor on the version I had I could not watch. Waiting to buy a “pure” boxed set with quality subtitles. Good luck to you all. I love historical Korean drama but this one is a pure gem.

This is by so far the BEST korean drama I have seen all these years! The storylines are good, casts are wonderful. Especially Park Yong Woo, he doesn’t have a good looking face but I like his blur expression and honest looking face. What an impressive acting he has. It is too bad that he is no longer young and I am afraid this may be one of his last acting drama. Really really like this drama a lot. I would strongly reccommend this drama to those who love to watch Korean historical drama.
