Gye Baek is much greater general than Kim Yu Shin. He fought with only 5000 soldiers to defend Baek Jae, he defends nation to the end. Shilla with Kim Yu Shin came with big army Tang alliance more than 100,000 just to defeat Gye Baek. If only Shilla forces, definitely Gye Baek will win the war and there will be no unification under Shilla. A very tragic end of the most heroic general in Korean peninsula history.
