Synopsis
City Hall is a drama that will deal with politics in a romantic comedy genre. It’s about the happenings between a young woman mayor and an elite bureaucrat. Jo Gook is an exceedingly smart government official. He passed the Higher Civil Service quickly, and basically is the perfect guy. But being a deputy mayor is not enough for him. He lives with the dream of becoming South Korea’s President. He should have easily gone straight to the top, but due to an unexpected incident, he gets dispatched as a deputy mayor for a provincial small town, Inju City, where Shin Mi Rae was working. Shin Mi Rae is a low-ranking secretary in Inju, but she works her way up in becoming the youngest City Mayor. As their paths met, they have to deal with each other’s personal and social differences. But despite their constant bickerings, would they end up in each other’s arms?

The scene ended with Jo Gook silent, contemplating how to answer her question.
Well, I’ll answer it for him! Oh! This is so-o-o-o easy! Okay, how do you want it, multiple choice; as in all of the above or essay form? Since his initial taste of your charms resulted in him not letting you know he ‘relocated’ and you go through his ‘secretary’ to contact him (What? Did he change his cell phone number, too)! That is ‘IF’ Soo In picks up the phone after seeing you on Caller ID! AGAIN!!! Now you want to *up the ante* of your charms!!!!
Since ‘Her Highness’s’ prolific sexiness caused him to be prosaic and dull, you don’t get that he’s there for a stress reliever……you know! I’d say the answer is YYYYEEESSSS!!!
Now Go Hae turn around…..no this way sweetie…yes, that’s right….this way! Now face the camera and tell the world.…go ahead…you can do it….My name is Go Go Hae and I’m not smarter than a 5th grader! {Maybe I should knock it down a few grades!} I Heart You…too sweetie!

Inju City or (to) Bust!
Part I
So much is weighing on Jo Gook’s mind right now! His reluctance to return to Inju City showed and as usual, BB challenged him. There are a lot of memories associated with this city that he wants to forget! Then to bring his mother back, too! She’s already settled in enjoying her home and life. As a filial son, how could he uproot her by putting her smack in the middle of those harsh memories, again! On top of that, he knows that BB lied to him about not knowing he was born there (did he not care about if or where he was born?). Because he visited he and his mother in front of her restaurant when he was about 7 or 8 years old! Jo Gook’s frustration leads him to pay Go Hae a surprise visit. The conversation went like this…
Go Hae: I heard you went to the village!
Jo Gook: hmmph? {He seems enthused about this conversation!}
Go Hae: What will other women do in a situation like this? A man and woman linked only by a telephone number. A fiancé had to find out through her fiancés secretary, that his work and home has been relocated! If the secretary doesn’t answer the call, then there’s no way of contacting him! {Does she really need a frame of reference for this answer?!}
Jo Gook: I was busy! {He really didn’t want to be bothered! The male BB is enough!}
Go Hae: It’s not a creative excuse!
Jo Gook: Come and visit sometime! {Wow! What a heart-warming invite!}

Pageant Registration! (continued)
As the Full Moon Turns!
Miss ‘its all about her’ approaches the registration table and asks, “Is this the sign up for the Ms. Baendaengi Pageant?” Everybody in earshot looks at her! (If the building length banner that could be seen 3 city blocks away became animate, it would have walked up and slapped her)! Next, she told Mi Rae, “Don’t put my information with those! Put it separately!” After Miss ‘it’s all about her’ walked away, Mi Rae says to Boo Mi, “She sure is funny, looking like a wolf!”
I Am Every Woman!
Finally, the last person! As she wobbled to the registration table giving copies of her application to both Mi Rae and Boo Mi, she told them that her husband wanted her to apply. She even presented them with mouth watering, pit roasted sweet potatoes! It would have been fine if she wasn’t visibly pregnant!
Well…..it’s been a long day for Boo Mi and Mi Rae at the registration table. With today’s encounters, it’s become a proven fact that the phenomenon of the full moon even effects people! Yet, how can you account for the behavioral effects during the daytime?!!!

Pageant Registration!
The line of beauty pageant applicants leading to the registration table seemed tedious and very long after encountering the following people….
A Face (that) Only A Mother Could Love!
An ajumma brought her daughter’s application with an obvious underage looking photo attached. Mi Rae pointed out to her that she has to use a current one. The ajumma told her, she couldn’t because her daughter has gotten chubby and this is the best one of her. Then rolls up the application, reaches across the table, and stuffs it down, inside Mi Rae’s blouse!
Ms. Conceituality!
This young woman asks Mi Rae “Is there any special treatment? I was the finalist for Ms. Seaweed in my old neighborhood!” Mi Rae says, “Is this a seaweed pageant, next person!”
A Mini ME!
A young woman uses a photo of a Korean actress named Song Hye Gyo on her application. Boo Mi, lets her know that it has to be a photograph of herself, not someone else. With bandaged nose, she tells Boo Mi that she will soon look like her. She’s already gotten her nose done, next is her eyes and chin!!!

Episode I
Jo Gook aka the ‘Renaissance Man’ is the ‘Bad Boy’ of the political world for BB! While walking and talking with him at his compound, he said to Jo Gook, “One of the ‘places’ you manage is called Inju, isn’t it?”
BB has plans to include Inju City as a voting power house source for the upcoming elections. To accomplish that goal, he sends Jo Gook there to uproot Mayor Go! Jo Gook is a breathing walking, talking overseeing demographics expert, and strategist for BB, who is a very hard natured man! Jo Gook, reluctant to go to Inju City, yet obedient to follow BB’s instructions, found out during this discourse that BB didn’t know he was born there!
Well, since Father’s Day is coming soon, I wonder what he should get for a gift! LOL!
