Synopsis
Gukhwa (Koo Hye Sun) is a young country girl who leaves Yanbian (China) for Korea to get married. When she arrives in Seoul, she finds out that her fiance had just died in a car accident. Instead of returning to China, she decides to stay and create a new life in Korea. With the help of her fiance’s family and in particular his nephew, Ugyeong (Lee Min Woo), she is able to overcome the hardship of living in a foreign country.

I love this drama and had watched many times as it is worth of learning life’s trial. The actors and actresses did a very wonderful job .

i really….really…. love this drama.koo hye sun acting here is one of a kind…………..defying the problem of love cause by the families.but above all love wins at the end!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, this drama is one of my favorite, I wud watched this
over n over, It one of the best, enjoyed every characters in it,
the storyline wuz so cute, the main girl wuz sooooo funny, thankyou

this series is an awesome one. I can’t believe I watched 122 episodes 3x already. hahaha.. I highly recommend ‘Pure Hearts’ Its truly a journey how love can concurred of all. You guys watch it, because all characters in this series are fun to watch you’ll never get bored with them full of fun, laughter, hearts and surprises… the acting is superb. Loved Loved it! 5/5stars!

Pure in Hearts/Pure 19 is my all time favorites. I really really Love Love this drama. Its sooo awesomeness.
Guys.. you don’t want to miss this series. Its hilarious and very romantic. all characters acted so natural and very realistic story line.

I like very much this drama.
It is so moving that I bought DVD and I watched it repeatedly.
All actors and actresses are very nice especially Seo Ji Seok. His gorgeously handsome and cute face, his shinning smiles, his beautiful figure and his talented acting made me mad with him.

I really love this drama. But missing a lot of episodes
I live in an enlightened and progressive ,When I see Korean dramas, especially this drama ,I ask myself is it real or fiction, Or maybe that’s what the writer wants us to think about the Koreans, that they are monks until the wedding. Otherwise I don’t understand, how Platonic love, that makes me give birth before they kiss, leading to the wedding. It’s not real, and even strange. And Is this love at all ?. I’m learning to understand from these series, the Koreans more aggressive than warm people, and more controlling ,Even honor among the people Is more imperative and command , From which a right that comes, to a person, for himself and his actions For me them culture is a show and hypocrisy, is imaginary, and not real in the enlightened times we live in . But I definitely appreciate some of them because of their talent and character and one of them she is GOO HYE SUN.

the best pair ever to grace the tv screen! Pure 19 will always be in our A-list of k-dramas. I would really love to see both Yunhou and Juhua together in a drama in the near future.Goo Hye Sun is the epitome of a pure woman!

I just love love love this drama! I discovered it last year. And it’s always my go to drama when I have nothing to watch, or when I just want to see Suh Ji Suk and Koo Hye Sun together. I think this is the best drama for them. Take Care of Us Captain was terrible, and Manny was a joke! (Just my opinion, of course. Please do not respond to my personal opinion.) But in Pure 19, they are acting at their best! I don’t know why, but I go back to re-watch it from time to time, it’s like comfort food for my soul. The resolution is terrible, and there is skipping all over the episodes, but I still enjoy watching it.
