I’m not the kind of person that watch drama base on the cast, I more about the storyline. The rare exception to this rule is Kim Rae Won! Every since I watch him in the movie Plum Blossom I been hooked. He a great actor and Hot!. If you every watch any of (Shaw Brothers) martial art movies, you know what I mean when I said that Kim Rae Won remind me of the the the vemon who played the (toad) he was hot also.
Any way back to my review love this drama, Kim Rae Won and Nam Sang Mi played off each other very well, I wish it was more romance between them because the chemistry was great. This was a simple drama but very detail, it didn’t drag it was like watch a short story that was finish by the end of each episode. A most watch drama, the food look del-cious!

Wow! I’ve too much to say about the drama, but don’t know where to begin with. Anyway, just one word to fully describe the series, which is “EXCELLENT”!. From storyline, castings, plot (can be better though), and of course the FOODS!
I’ve been anticipating this drama ever since I first heard that KRW is coming back doing drama, and best of all is pairing with NSM.. And the couple turns out to be outstanding and perfect match for each other. Their chemistry is so strong and lively, hope they could fall for each other for real. And I wish there are more romance between the two. It should be fun for the two (naive, straightforward and funny Sung Chan vs clumsy yet adorable Jin Soo) to be in more romantic scenes..
And I like the way the director/scriptwriter potray the love between Head Chef (Mr Oh) and Sung Chan. The relationship is purely sincere and wholeheartedly. We can feel the bond between them even they are not related by blood. And the last sentence whereby the Head Chef is dying and calling both Bong Joo and Sung Chan as “my son” is the most touching scene, I cried over it again and again. It’s a pity he left before he can see both his sons reconcile and join forces to get back Uhn Ahm Jung thru the cook-off competition.
But I was dissappointed when at last both Bong Joo and Sung Chan left Uhn Ahm Jung after fighting over it with Matsumoto. It should at least shows how at last Sung Chan resume his rightful position to lead Uhn Ahm Jung after Bong Joo left for his lesson mission. And he should propose properly to Jin Soo too (no jokingly..)! Ahh.. anyway the drama is great as it is, and I would rate 10/10 for it!
So for you Korean drama lover’s, lets watch this drama and make it the most sought after drama of the year.. Aja ja faiti!..

KRW is always hot… And Bong Jo’s father is very sweet and cool…
I prefer KRW with Jung Ryu Won in Which Star Are You From?. JRW is funny but can bring us tears at the same times. I really like them in WSAYF.
KRW, you are hot and very cool…
Love you in Mr. Socrates, WSAYF…

I just finished watching the drama. It was so good. Very well made, I salute all the people in the production. It will make you say “how i wish I can cook also and be good as Sung Chan and Bong Joo.
The story and scenes are simple and yet it imparts a lot of lesson in life like family relationship, love and respect to our traditions.
How I wish there is part 2 of this.
