Synopsis
A terrorist group known as “Athena” and led by evil mastermind Son Hyuk threatens South Korea and the world. It is now up to special agent Lee Jung Woo of the National Security Agency to foil their terrifying conspiracy. Jo Soo Young, the daughter of the South Korean president, is kidnapped and hidden away in Italy. Jung Woo and his team are given the assignment to find her and bring her back.

its’s very sad to hear about Jung wo sung and Jung chan woo accident, I hope they will get better soon and they can continue their acting in Athena. you all can see.. its very risky doing the action drama, its less risky with just a family drama or romantic comedy drama, not too much action there.. thats is why i will support all the cast, the director, the stunts, the cameramen, all the people involve in this production to always have spirit in this series,keep up the good work and please fix on the script.. make this series even more great.. aza aza fighting!!!!

If you want to continued waching Secret Garden on this really really funny drama =Once Upon a Time in Saengchori
you will find on episode 13 some part of it, and you will see Chuno too and Baking…, it is really good drama to see…to tell more more about it there is this guy that was really smat with numbers, he got hit by a ligthning and end up not know to as 1+1, can not read numbers at all, you need to see it an enjoy it

I think The ending is great, Cha seung won and Lee ji ah is dead after the shotgun war between them, and i am glad that jung woo sung and so ae is alive and get together again at the end of this drama.. now i will watch the whole drama from the beginning..

Very confusing the first couple of episodes. Also, actor Cha Seung Won does not match in this role. Looks kind of silly.
Kim Min Jong is supposed to be a former North Korean agent? The episode where the gun goes off accidentally is so very lame. Writers need to do a much better job. Also, all he does is gripe and doesn’t show he has any value to the drama or the team. A bit disappointed after so much hype? Doesn’t do Iris any justice at all so far.

IRIS was way better than Athena… guess i’m expecting too much from this series. The story line seems going on and on and so boring. All the killing and battles over a woman was way too much and makes it loosing the true core of the story. One thing that make me stay watching this series only because i want to see the end, the actions and the cameo’s star.
The strong cast in this series only Son Hyuk. It will be interesting if Son hyuk and Kim Hyun Joon (LBH) battle face too face… pretty sure it will be “DANG !!” Too bad Kim Hyun Joon dead already.
The lead actor was too cheesy and mellow *Meeh!!*, the lead actrees was too skinny and no sex apeal. Seems that the director pick “the face” over “acting” or the story line was not good enough. I dont know which one is which … no wonder the rating was drop compare to IRIS.
If there will be IRIS 3, i’m hoping it will be better than this. Not just showing up pretty and handsome cast and cool actions battle.

in this drama i like to watch Chu Sung Hoon fight with the Cha Seung Won in first ep n in 16 ep..really awsome, great n cool, even Chu Sung Hoon died in this drama..

@KDaddicts-165. Re high proportion of good looking actors. SK entertainment industry knows the ‘look’ that will appeal visually to the masses, be it women or men. These experts excel in finding and combining the right ‘hook’ to achieve their desired end results. That knowledge has been worldwide in the entertainment industry since its beginning. There’s a reason that the good looking actors/actresses stand out among the extras in the background or other character actors who surround them, and its not subliminal either! Good…no great physical appearance and charisma sells!

I am currently watching this drama. But I stopped at episode 9. GEEEEEZZZZZ!!!!!! I feel annoyed to Hye In. The first time I saw her here, She doesn`t have any charm. I think she doesn`t fit to her role. I don`t like her to be the match for Jung Woo Song. They doesn`t have a very nice chemistry. i think that`s the reason why the rating was dropping.
I don`t like the ending too. I prefer Lee Ji Ah to be with Woo Song. I feel disappointed that Lee Ji Ah died. The Story line too is not that good. Why does the leading man fall in lone with his enemy? I think that is too pathetic. I prefer Lee Ji Ah to be the Leading role.
Talking about action, the action are very nice. It looks realistic.

I’m agree with calLypSoo, there’s no chemistry between Hye In and Jung Woo. Like in IRIS I prefer supportive role actress too, in this drama I prefer Lee Ji Ah, in IRIS I prefer Kim So Yun. But chemistry between Byung Hun and Tae Hee are great, I just like Kim So Yun character more.
I think the rating down not just because there’s no chemistry but also the plot itself is average, I mean if you compare with IRIS’s plot uwaah….
Ooh and one more thing I prefer the bad guy more than the protagonist. Cha Seung Won so cool………..

I Remember how Zabusa and Hakku was connected each other in Naruto, such it happens with Son Hyuk and Hye In, whatever it, this drama was great in executions but i rather didn’t accept that korean was good at nuclear, and this drama seem’s copied what recently happened in korean peninsula, when North Korean attack one of south korea island, Hah I’m sure if it’s happen in real life the south korea will surely destroyed…..!!! Nuke…Nuke…boooommbbb!
