I am watching this drama for the second time. I’m doing so because it is a fun drama to watch, interesting subject matter too, it was well presented.
Unlike others I don’t believe actors and actresses are anything but good pretenders. YEH and Gong Yoo had a lot of chemistry on stage, but that means, for the most part, that it was just that…. pretending on both their parts.. life goes on after each drama, in the real world.
In my opinion comedy romances, like these Korean dramas, are so hard to pull off and do well. Shoot em up and raunchy dramas are a dime a dozen, all over the world. Korea has opened the doors to something special….I hope they keep up the good work.

Gong Yoo finished his military service last year. But he has already started a new drama. Now we should try and brainstrom some ideas for MBC so that they can create a 2nd second for Coffee Prince with both yoon and GY.ut I also want the original cast but also without lee eon, who plays min yeop it will be hard to act his character since he is so unique. Also we all try to tell Yoon on her twitter that we want a 2nd season for Coffee prince, maybe she will listen and act upon it. Her twitter is 1003grace. Another note. I recommend that the 2nd season starts from when yoon leaves Korea in the airport and GY is crying in the car. We can have the whole season with 20 episodes or more showing how Yoon studied to become a barista and GY on his side missing her and preparing for her return with the Coffee princess. Also Eun chan sister and min yeop should be in too. I want to see Eun chan’s siter and mother in it too. I also want the parents of han kyul. And The princes. I want at least have the last 6 episodes of yoon coming back to korea. Then her being married and have kids. Or the other way , the continued part when she comes back, she can marry and have kids where they are finally parents. I don’t know I’m trying to think of a great 2nd season, i want it to be better than the 1st. I heard coffee prince is based on a book. I want the author to write a sequel for it, that could help to make the 2nd season. I also Yoon to have the haircut she had when she came back from italy, she was so beautiful, I like the haircut she has from my fair lady but it makes her look too old and mature, her coffee prince haircut made her llok young and beautful and a happy and youthful person. Ahh I think wait for a 2nd season. MBC is sriously interested in the 2nd season then they should move their ass. Btw where did u get those info of MBC being interested in a sequel, I seriously would want proof of that coz if it’s a joke then it;s seriously not funny. Reply to me if you have some good ideas for the 2nd season I would wish good luck to yoon and GY to make a comeback for the long awaited 2nd season. usially Korean dramas don’t have 2nd season but only have 1 but recently many of them have been getting 2nd seasons so i think Coffee prince seriously derserves a 2nd season. I miss it so much I mean the ending makes us want a 2nd season because it was an open-ending it makes us want to know what happens next.

I have been waiting for 5 years for a 2nd season, Cmon MBC give us what we want “Coffee prince 2″ with Yoon Eun Hye and Gong Yoo with the original cast!! Cmon I can’t wait any longer
March 19th, 2012 at 8:52 pm
Coffee Prince is still the best after 5 years. Even, I watched so many korean dramas and starting to like LEEMINHO, I still consider Coffee Prince as number one and still Gong Yoo occupies a big part in a fan like me
).
Hoping for season 2. And seeing them again acting and having that great family atmosphere in the set.
Hope to visit Korea someday. and Gong yoo, you are part of my list.
still a Gong Yoo fan.
