Synopsis
This drama is set in the 1930′s when Korea was under the rule of Japan. Na Yeo Kyeong was the owner of a book store and she was also a freedom fighter. Seon Woo Wan was the playboy son of a rich family and he became involved in the independence movement through a bet with his co-workers to win Na Yeo Kyeong’s heart. His father paid for the education of his worker’s son, Lee Soo Hyeon, and was disappointed to find him working for the Security Branch of the Japanese government. Cha Song Joo was a famous gisaeng who ran a high class brothel.

I finished watching this series, not bad. Funny and very entertaining. However, not as captivating as some other dramas.

This is definitely worth watching. The two leads, KJW & HJM, are an unlikely pair but with their superb acting, great comic timing and chemistry, they managed to pull it off! The other two leads are fabulous actor and actress too… Definitely one of the better shows recently…

I caught a glimpse on one of the episode. Unfortunately, it was the part where the lady at the club got killed. I did not care too much for sad ending or action drama/movies.
Too much fighting or killing, violence is not my forte.
I like Kang Ji Hwan in Be Strong Guem Soon.
I give this a try since you guys loves it.

It’s a comedy series . . worth watching. My 1st show from this era (40′s). Mr Kang Ji Hwan & Ms Han Ji Min – a comical pair in this series..

It answer pandabear104′s question, it is definitly worth watching. This drama in set during Korea’s 40 years rule under Japan. Kang Ji Hwan act as a rich playboy who boast to his friends that he can woo any girl in the city. So they made a bet for him to woo the most conservative girl in the city acted by Han Ji Min. It is absolutely funny!!

basicly it”s a good story, diffrent from any other series i ever watch. but i dont like the setting of this series, is not feel real and i dont the ending because one of the woman caracter died, the series would been better if only the woman not died.

well, it is a good news if it is really for general public viewing. the photos are really weird and makes it look like very DARK and for “adult theme”. but since many people are saying that it is really good, i think i should NOT miss it!! i will NOT miss it..

wow! people in every website i go to likes CAPITAL SCANDAL. although i haven’t watched any part of it, i have included it on every of my top favorite drama lists. is it really good?! o i think so, but i think i should have my own copy of it. is it for general public viewing?!

oh, i love this drama. for now it would be my No1. No2 Full house.
I loved in this drama all leading actors, but i most liked character of Lee Su Heon and Cha Song Ju. and the chemistry between them is awesome and very mature.
I recommend to all. MUST SEE DRAMA.
I would rate 10 out 10.
Costumes, story, leading as well as villian and support cast brilliant.

This drama rocks!!! I love it!!! It has a mixture of comedy, drama and action. I recommend other people to watch it… I like all the characters especially Han Ji Min… Hehehe…

Tomorrow evening in KBS world will be the last episode…it would be a sad goodbye for me with this drama, because this is ONE of the best kdramas I’ve watched, and I’m surely going to miss this…I’ve been getting good reviews for this (and I’m still looking out for more)…apparently the show kicked off with high ratings when Songju got killed, so Songju’s death, I might say, had redeemed the drama ü

i love his drama capital scandal.it was the best.it had comedy,drama,mystery,thriller,romance,murder,etc.i stayed up till 2′o clock in the morning to watch every episode.i fell for him at first sight.I LOVE CAPITAL SCANDAL-IT IS THE BEST DRAMA!!!!!!

So sad so sad Cha song joo is shoot. I cannot complain inhno because what he has done is just want to protect his sister. This show us that before we want to help sb, we have to help ourself first. I think he is doing the right thing. But what happend next?what will be the end of this drama? so sad~~~Cha song joo die. She shouldn’t die like this. She is a good person…..

This is a very insteresting series. I am on episode 10 already. KJW and HJM is an unlikely couple, but there is magic in their chemistry. KJW is getting to be more good looking in every series that he stars with. I last saw him in 90 days. He made me cry. Here, he makes me laugh at his antics most of the time. He’s versatile in his own right.
