Synopsis
Kim Tak Goo is the eldest son of Goo In Jong, the president of Samhwa Enterprise, a legend in the baking industry. Although he is an extremely talented baker and seemed destined to succeed his father as president, Goo In Jong’s family plotted to rob him of his inheritance because he was born to In Jong’s mistress. Tak Goo’s determination to become number one in the baking industry drives him to rebuild his career from scratch despite the many trials he faces.

this is just ONE of the best kdrama for me… but i watched this only once bec im not excited anymore to rewatch it…. but sooner for sure ill watch this bec its been quite long since i watched BK and i forgot already some scenes…hehe

really this drama, Baker king, Kim Tak Goo is so nice story and amazing, I watched it many times,again I’m watching today but still it’s keep me on crying, really this is a great drama, Yoon Shi Yoon is a great actor, he’s one of my favorite actor. He deserve an award and more drama/series and movies. Hope to see you soon!!!!

Baker king, so amazing movie, its was touch and so deep in my heart because i thought, it is a story that can be a real life, especially when i hear about Geu Saram song, i feel enough. Tak goo’s effort pushed my mind and remind me for all situation that hard, its seem like a challenge of life. i am a Cambodian cyclist road bike in the national team. thanks

The best drama i’ve ever watch! I like the end of this drama. Every roles be happy and finally Tak Gu paired with Mi Sun. I thought Tak Gu deserves to be with kind hearted and cheerful woman like Mi Sun. I prefer Mi Sun than Yu Kyung whose had an evil side.
This drama is recommended! It makes you laugh, cried and happy at the end. NICE!

The Best Korean drama ever. Story line was great. i have watched all the listed top 20 that listed by admin beside, what i have to say is this drama should be number one in top 20 listed korean drama . it just perfect. full of lesson. crying, laughing, educating.

yes my favorite too and i have another favorit drama bridal mask must watch too, full of patriotic value but the genre is different, it’s action suspense.
Baker king and Bridal mask is really worthed to watch, and the same thing about this drama is joo won, best 20′s generation actor
Now i’m confussed which is no 1 Baker king or Bridal Mask??????

I really loved this drama. The actor Yoon Shi Yoon was incredible, I cried and cheered for the character Tak Gu. It was a beautiful story of unconditional love and forgiveness. I got why Tak Gu didn’t end up with Yoo Kyun because she related more to Ma Joon since they were both damaged goods, but it would have been nice to see more of the romantic relationship develop between Tak Gu and Misun. This drama pitted good against evil and even though at times good got knocked down, in the end he was the last man standing. Yes!!

Seo in Suk is a super bitch among all the bitches in all ofvtge Korean dramas. She is the epitome of a an evil, revengeful Korean nasty female who has no remorse and whose mean spirited selfishness ruins the life of everyone around her. Now, I have seen a lot of Korean movies and as a westerner I can only say that this woman embodies all the nastiness of all the mean and bitchy women whose success drives them to do hineous acts.
Why do Korean dramas have these types of women? Must be because they exist in Korea.

That sleazebag Mr. Han not only does he have no scruples whatsoever but he is so creepy looking that everytime I see him on the screen he gives me the creeps. They sure chose a good actor to play such an unlikable character for he looks the part. How can he get away with so much? Also, the fact that hemlines that disgusting woman, the chairman’s wife makes him even worse.
