I don’t know why really, but when the prosecutor was identified as the rightful heir to the Haeundae hotel, I began noticing the actor’s poor acting ability. The bad acting was there from the onset, but I allowed for it as the character was in a stressed state and then went on to an undercover assignment.
That said, I think it must be hard to do the scenes on a tight schedule. Perhaps that is why the director could not get more from the actor. Nevertheless, I hope the drama turns out well.

Episode 9~10; Funny. I also love the horn arrangement in the closing number. It reminds me Tower of Power. It’s perfect, rounds off every episode nicely.
And I must say Yeo Jung is just lovely. Gyu Ri, too is looking prettier, and her acting has improved. It’d be nice to see her in a lead role.
Though lungs my hurt a bit from laughing, I think I’m gonna really enjoy this drama.

To the Director of this drama; Sir, respectfully, why do you allow many bad shoots through? Please hire as many assistants as needed to allow you to focus on directing the actors.

It seems to be a good drama. There are so many comments about the actress but she did a good job playing the role. I also admire the actor eversince I saw him on the previous drama Sling Shot, he has a different way of handling the role and I want to see him in more romantic comedy dramas. One thing that disappoints me was that there were only a few romantic moments between the lead stars. They could have added more to make it more enjoyable. Anyway, I still did enjoy finishing the drama

I love this drama… so funny. I don’t see anything wrong with the actors acting.

In the end this was woefully bad. And I feel for the veteran actors whose talent and experience could not have saved this doggie-poo-poo of a production. The main actor was at times fading in and out like a diabetic, more concerned about posture and attire than getting the job done. I wondered at times whether he was trying to remember if he had locked his car or not.
Granted that under the direction of a good director this drama could have been average. But the script was just too flat to be anything but.
Yeo Jung and Gyu Ri, two of South Korea’s fine beauties couldn’t do much, the script didn’t allow for their characters to be anything more than cardboard cut-outs. Although there were funny moments, this drama might have been more entertaining, had it used cardboard cut-outs actors instead of real actors. However that might have exposed the banal storyline.

I quite like this drama, a little sad in some parts but the story was extraordinary good. I never like the actress Nam Gyu Ri, her face is like the ghost, so whitish and ghost eyes same as 49 Days which I only watched half way as I never like her in that movie too. She can be just like a spare tyre for movies but she will not be good as a main actress because of her face and her eyes. Applause to the writer and producer and I enjoyed the movie overall

This drama was not in my must watch list initially as I was not familiar with both leads and had never watched their previous dramas. However, I decided to check this drama out since it has finished airing and categorized under rom-com.
Although this drama had received some negative comments from the viewers, I think otherwise. I find this drama enjoyable and satisfying. It was a light hearted drama, funny and full of warmth. Although I initially did not like the OTPs but the male lead finally won me over with his excellent portrayal of dual characters. I am also impressed with the female lead who managed to portray a bubbly and warm personality and had such endearing chemistry with Kim Kang Woo.
I find the drama well paced, never draggy with good storyline. It has a balance of light and angst moments but I feel that the angst is necessary to reaffirm the strong love between the OTPs when they were apart from each other. This drama has one of the most satisfying ending and managed to successfully tie up all the loose ends even for the side characters save for Soyeon(Tara)’s character who disappeared midway due to Tara’s controversy.

I agree with Rose Marie, there is no wrong with Nam Hee Lee Yang Tae Sung. For all, funny and no many intrigue. Lee shoon Shin’s clothe always same to promote ‘beach fashion” from sponsor I think, but nice with many kinds of color.

love this drama.. a very light drama, not require a hard thinking.. maybe not for everone’s taste..
at first didn’t quite understand the storyline, but when I followed the other episodes, then I began to love this drama.. love the samchuns, all cute… and the other gangster members, esp in epi 14, “poo hotel”.. hahahaha..
great chemistry between the couple.. love them, wish to see them in other romantic comedy..

last year there were so many disappointing dramas with famous actors/actresses but terrible script and directing. couldn’t bear to even finish watching many of those dramas. HED lovers was not appealing at first, be it the title or the leads. not that it’s a great drama but at least i had no trouble watching it till the end, which was quite a challenge for many dramas in 2012.
