I thought there will be ghost in the drama that puts me off.
So Ji Sup is one of my top favorite actor so I cannot miss him.
Out of curiosity, I watch 1st ep in the daytime, I realize there isn’t any ghost at all.
Its all about investigating & solving crimes with high tech computer technology. Hackers against hackers. I love detective & crime drama.

So Ji Sup – So smart and handsome. Wow !!! I love it. :P

FULL OF EXCITMENT – keep chasing every episode. Make me watch till 3 am every nite & I still wants more.

Am going to miss this too. Read that there are many requests for Part Two. If they ever do, hope we have the same group of actors. I enjoyed watching them very much.

@OK OK OK Enjoy but make sure you don’t get panda eyes :-D

    Ep 18-20:
These eps r satisfying. You can see for yourselves.

The ending is satisfying. I like it that this series isn’t abt romance, cos even the most romantic girl can use a break fr romance dramas, but if he and Kang Mi would hold hands just once, it’d be good fan service.

    KDaddict Says:

After having watched for 20 eps, I still can’t decide if:
So Ji Sub just has very few expressions or if:
There is an economy in his acting, such that the slightest, most subtle change in expression says more than 1000 words. Is he a genius in acting or not? I don’t know.
Uhm Ki Joon must have been glaring w his eyes so much that they hurt by the end of this series. But of all the roles I’ve seen him in, this is my fav. He does evil well.
Really like the script of this show. One hell of an intelligent script. Part 2 with the same ppl would be v welcome indeed.

On to watch Vampire Prosecutor, which I missed 1st time around. Must catch up before VP 2 rolls around!

Saw the Disney animated film Brave at the cinema last night. Love it too!

    KDaddict Says:

    OKOKOK,
Ghost is a misnomer, a bad translation. It should be called Phantom, obviously, for the nemesia who lurks in the dark like a Phantom, the virus in our computers acting like a Phantom, and the music that Uhm Ki Joon’s char plays non-stop, of the P of the Opera. Sb goofed in the translation is all.

    KDaddict Says:

Oh, just 1 more pt to add to #206:
Too bad Daniel Choi doesn’t make anymore appearance after the 1st couple eps. I guess it really IS just a cameo.

    OK OK OK Says:

    @ KDaddict

U r right. They should have some other titles so that it can attract more viewers. Quite misleading though Daniel Choi has become Soh Ji Sup ….

Can you please do this drama a favour. If you comment in other drama, pls also introduce this drama to others so they can watch this good and exciting drama. :)

I am quite busy lately that i spend lesser time commenting.

Kamsa hamnida & have a great weekends. :)

    KDaddict Says:

    Overall:
On 2nd thought, I’ve to say that the ending is “satisfactory”, rather than “satisfying”.
It is Satisfactory that no more good guys die; that the bad guy gets what he deserves. It is cute that Madcow gets a gf in Fried Potato! Hee.
It is not “Satisfying” cos the bad guy’s ending is not convincing to me. I don’t believe that he’d do that just becos he found out that his Actress GF was pregnant. He hasn’t shown a shred of guilt or remorse the whole time. So his behavior at the end seems forced.
All in all this is a good drama. I really love it that its theme and approach is so different from all the other KDs. That it manages to make cyber crimes seem interesting. That the biggest/anchor relationship in it is between the male lead and his dead friend. That the 2nd biggest relationship in it is between the lead and Madcow, a guy who doubted him, and wanted to out his secret identity.
Is there any romance between Kang Mi and Hades/Kim? Hard to say. Kang Mi was in love w Kim, that we know for sure. But she was the 1st one to realize that Kim died at the blast, that the one lying in the hosp all bandaged up was Hades. Once Hades comes back looking like Kim, she wants to help him catch the bad guy becos they both want to avenge Kim’s death. Love? You’ve to really read betwn the lines for it. That’s why I say, it’d be nice fan service if they would just hold hands at the end, so we know that there is hope of romance for them.
When all is said n done, this is a sophisticated KD for the thinking fan.
For ppl who say: I watch dramas to have fun, not to think. Then this is probably not the show for them.

Off to watch Vampire Prosecutor 1!

  12. 212
    Micc Says:

    @KDaddict

I believe love did exist between Kang and Hades/Kim because there was jealousy when Hades/Kim told Kang he kissed the fake girlfriend (the reporter pretending to be Kim’s gf.) Whether the jealousy was at Hades or at Kim, I can’t tell for sure, but I think at that time Kang should no longer be confused about Hades being Kim so the feeling must be for Hades.

  15. 215
    KDaddict Says:

    @Micc-212,
You are so right. There is also an incident when the other guy on their team (the actor who played Cha Seung Won’s assistant in Best Love) is exposed as having lot of photos of Kang Mi on his computer, n Hades/Kim gave him a dirty look. It’s so subtle and shadowy. That’s why I said one has to really read between the lines for it. To be more precise, the attraction is embedded/buried; the courtship has yet to happen.

Have u seen Vampire Prosecutor? I really like Yoon Jun Hoon.

    aisha Says:

thumbs up realy looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove it the series

  17. 217
    kacanggodhog Says:

best drama for me. some romance, but not too romantic, with lot of mistery, technology, and detective in action. the story couldnt read easily, a drama that makes u think, think and think. it’s a drama that i’ve been waiting for so long. realistic, logical, natural. it’s not like a drama, it’s like reality show. and thing i like the most in this drama is about cyber crime. people cant live without technology, which makes cyber crime grows. but there is few movie or drama about cyber crime and its effect. it is important to inform public how dangerous cyber crime is, and drama and movie are effective way to inform it to public. i hope there will be more movie or drama about cyber crime
