    Steve Ansdel Says:

You people are weird. In Korea, I guess anyone past 30 is old. Maybe it is because Koreans do not age well seeing all the older actors, most of them are quite unattractive. But, the idea that all these dramas are for the youth, by the youth are ridiculous. Koreans have no sense of propriety.

    Steve Ansdel Says:

There is nobody in this dramacthat keeps me interested enough to keep watching

    KDaddict Says:

And you, Steve Ansdel, are rude, for insulting a whole nation and culture. Indeed, some programs are youth oriented. But some are not. There are many family programs too.
We hate this actress becos she is much older than the male lead char, bc she looks much older than her age, she is ugly, and is a lousy actress. For that opinion, we don’t need to be insulted by the likes of you.

    Threeangels Says:

@steve ansdel were all allowed our own opinions in the u.s. but to be pc you really shouldn’t insult a whole country let alone a race of South Koreans because we reside everywhere in the u.s. too and some aren’t quite as attractive as others. If someone were to say that all caucasians are ugly and can’t act how would that sit with y
you? Park Ye Jin is considered beautiful in South Korea and when she smiles her fapce lights up and she really is pretty. If you researched Kim Ki Bum’s age he is actually only 6 years younger than her and that’s modest compared to the u.s.a. compared to Demi moore w/ Ashton 15 yrs her junior. This is only a drama for entertainment purposes not real life. It’s a thought and next time you decide to insult a whole race think about how you would feel, if by chance someone would insult you and your whole family and on top of that your whole face. Please next time think
b4 you speak and you might not be so insulting. South Korean American proud to be one and many people of all races have said that I’m beautiful and so I guess what you said is wrong about South Koreans. I never comment on blogs like these but the proud South Korean in me was insulted so I needed to corrrect your many errors in your
statement above. I hope that at least my statement makes you think and I hope you know the facts before you insult another race. Think before you speak or write next time.

I don’t know why these days korean drama filled with nuna-dongsaeng story. Getting sick with that.

  8. 58
    zheisya Says:

why don’t they choose other actress? She’s not pretty and old

  9. 59
    swift Says:

The english subs are very slow for this drama. I guess because it is not very popular. Even though I watch the RAW from ep 4 to 6, the storyline has kept at pace with the twists of plots of the villains trying to outdo LTR. Some of the funny scenes are funny but I guess only HMS is the only character that takes great effort in making the funny scenes effective. Poor HMS, must be tired in acting this drama to ensure the interest of the viewers are retained.

    KDaddict Says:

I have watched between 120 and 150 KDs over many years. I have also watched My Princess, and find this actress insufferable. Judging fr the many posts that say the same, it is a rather common, or majority opinion of viewers who have tried to watch this drama, but got turned off becos of her.
To compare her w KSA is an insult to KSA. Age is not the issue. KSA can act; this one can’t! KSA looks sexy n classy; this one has really big boobs, n looks cheap like a porn star.
Movie stars are always judged by their looks. If KKB is only 6 years younger, but looks abt 12-16 years younger than her, than what does it say abt her looks? Ans: She looks much older than her 30 years.

    weichanzz Says:

I think ye jin is beautiful, i like her so much after i’,m watching variety show of family outing, she is such a pretty woman with cute image but strong inside, n this is just drama, kibum just 6 years younger than yejin, it’s ok, in drama king 2 hearts, lee seung was 8 years younger than ha ji won, i think thats no problem, i’m really waiting to watch this drama ASAP ^^

    Lorem Says:

So after much effort, he is standing in front of the mirror in disbelief, but had to take a peak at his genitals again to be really sure he isn’t a full grown man. That and a string of other really badly conceived scenes made me want to choke the writers. Did they drink a little too much soju or what? Aigoo.

  14. 64
    Lorem Says:

Oh sorry it is one writer “Moon Ji Young”. That explains it perhaps. Sorry if I hurt your feelings but seriously how about dialing-up the credibility meter just a little so we can enjoy the fantasy eh? Cheers.

    Marchioness Says:

I find it amusing that one comment would say that it is rude to insult a whole nation and proceed to bash and criticize an actress for her looks, even comparing her to a porn star and the likes. Have you ever wondered comparing yourself to this person and that possibly, a group of producers found something special in this actress to invest in her and produce a show. What is the difference between insulting a nation and a person, I would say not much. The fact is, if the drama is not appealing to you, then stop watching it and move on. But to put in print unnecessary remarks and utterly baseless comments is irresponsible and hurtful. Should we say that your writing is crude and leaves much to be desired, would you take that comment lightly. I have always respected the quiet exchange of comments from fans, regardless of how and where the comments came from, for as long as these are given in the spirit of sharing their common appreciation for Korean drama. Other than that, everything else become irresponsible writing.

  16. 66
    KDaddict Says:

If you can’t tell the difference betwn insulting a nation n discussing the looks of an actress then there is no pt in any discussion w you.
Actors are out there in front of the public eye. Ppl react to them positively and negatively. That’s par for the course. By your definition, we can only comment positively–sharing common appreciation for KD. I love you oppa! I love you onni!
I call it the way I see it: she has really big boobs, and is sexy the way a porn star is. What is irresponsible in writing that?
I don’t need to compare myself to her bc I’m not paid to appear in front of a camera.
I don’t need to compare myself to the group of producers who invest in her bc I don’t know what she has had to do to get her jobs. I’m not accusing her of anything here, but if you’ve been paying attn, it has come out time n again that the k-ent industry, just like other ent industries elsewhere, has it dark underbelly.
BTW, if u go back a couple pages n look at all the comments, most of them say that they can’t stand this actress. Why do u care so much anyway? If she is your mother, I apologize. If not, well then, I’m just speaking my mind, you highness!

  17. 67
    dux Says:

Ugh how did Park Ye Jin even get the part? She is seriously rigid as an actress, no emotion whatsoever. And she might have been okay looking without all that plastic nose and chin.

  18. 68
    Frank Astor Says:

It is very easy to dislike an actor or actress who are in a particular role in a drama. This actress was good at being a bad woman and a bitch in My Princess. It makes mecwant to hate her ( not literally, it’s just an expression).I will try to see another drama she is in before I placer opinion and yes, actors are part of ” public domain”. You are allowed to criticize them if need be.

    Frank Astor Says:

Saw her and I don’t like her either way

    KDaddict Says:

These pages are for Rants and Raves.
    I ranted.

  23. 73
    Marchioness Says:

If you are ranting, then, yes, there is no point in a discussion. You need to read again… I started with finding it amusing and yes sad… I do read most of your comments and most of them are fun but going below the belt comments for actors who are first and foremost, persons before becoming public commodity is yes… just rants. Do I need to be the person’s mother to earn an apology from you? Save it. My amusement does not warrant any. Call me from an old school where raves are preferred. Rant if you must, as it seems to be giving you some level of satisfaction. Pray, do not let my thoughts stop you as you appear to have too much time on your hands. Me, am out of here… where is Raine when you need her?

  24. 74
    KDaddict Says:

Unless you own the website, your preference for Raves Only is entirely Irrelevant. Dont inflict it on others.
Now that u say u know my name, pray, don’t ever read my comments to be amused by them, or to comment on my comments. It’d be a favor.

  25. 75
    Kristi Says:

    This drama seems really interesting!
I love Kim Kibum (as a SUJU member and an actor), so I’m watching this drama to not only support him, but to relieve stress and boredom.
I do agree that the leading female somehow seems to old for Kibum (considering Kibum was born in 1987 while Yejin is 1981), but that doesn’t stop me from watching I love Lee Taeri.
