Synopsis
“Love Rain” depicts a 1970′s pure love and a love from the present day at the same time. It shows how the offsprings of a previous ill-fated couple, who met in the 1970s, managed to meet and fall in love.
Seo In Ha (Jang Geun Suk) and Kim Yoon Hee (Yoona), a art student and a shy beauty, met and fell in love with each other during college in the 1970s but unfortunately their love was fated to never be.
Now in the present 21st century, Seo In Ha’s son, Seo Joon (Jang Geun Suk) (a liberal photographer) meets and falls in with Kim Yoon Hee’s daughter, Kim Ha Na (Yoona), a cheerful and energetic girl who’s personality is different from her mother’s.
Will their love for each other keep them together or will they have to face the same fate as their parents? (Source)

This series is boring, I just watched the first episode then i fell asleep
I expected too much from this however, it did not met my expectations.
I thought it will be like your previous soaps (you’re beautiful and Mary stayed out all night), which i really enjoyed!!!
But i love u jang geun suk!!! You’re a great actor, Singer and dancer!!!
You can basically do anything!!! I love your voice and your eyes the most!!!
Keep it up!!!

Love Rain is the BEST DRAMA OF ALL TIME!!
The drama is unique and different from other korean dramas…..The Beautiful drama is full of sorrow and laughter at the same time. It is soo addictive that i watched the latest episodes without English Subs and i still did not miss a single episode even though i had tests!!

i love this drama when hana and seo joon meet in hongkong. and before be a couple. cause Yoona and jang geun seuk not have chemistry. this is my opinion

This could have been the best drama for 2012, if the story plot was not divided between the old and new generation. They should have concentrated on the old generation rather than the new generation. I think that is more sentimental and worth watching since the title of the story is Lover’s Rain. It fell short of my expectation since I’ve watch Jang Geun Seuk’s Mary Stayed Out and He’s Beautiful. JKS is still great in his acting, though I know he can still give more should the story demands for it, or when it is a good one. Anyway, love you JKS! Looking forward to see more of your koreanovelas!

I really love this drama, JKS didn’t dissapoint me, great photography I really got impressed, this drama is pure love, reminded me my last first true love, like an old movie beautifully charming, thanks lord, nothing about travel time.
I asked a friend of mine (Korean) why the low ratings and he told me that koreans dont like JKS, it’s a pity one of their great Hallyu stars and they don’t appreciate his worth.
Uno de los mas bonitos y romanticos dramas que he visto, realmente en Corea se hacen los mejores dramas.

Only avid and addict fans of Yoona and JGS can recognize this one as best drama. BEST DRAMA of 2012?! Are you SURE?!!!
I am JGS folllower and GG’s certified fan, but this drama makes them so boring.

Just in bigenning little bit boring, when more deeply to follow d story, it’s can be skip, just begin from episode 5_^
We still waiting for JGS next drama. Just Jgs in lov rain mostly look really2 acting to d his coeple, not natural^^
Also maybe wrong when poducer matc him with yoona:p Important to macthing a coeple artis also in every gud drama.

Why oh why the producer tap on popularity of the actors to act in the drama? While JGS surely had given a good performance, the girl Yoona was a BIG disappointment! No doubt she is popular as a singer, but very bad in acting. Pairing her with JGS was a failure since Mr Jang is more beautiful than Miss Yoona.

And dear mr director/producer, next time please do the audition before casting anyone, though they might be popular. You might do injustice to the script if choosing actors based on popularity alone.

To me ,this drama is interesting but will the love of seo joon and ha na end up like that of their parent, i’m not sure but if the love will end up like that i won’t watch any of Oppa JGS drama again cos the hong gil dong i watched too the ending is so so sad:-):-):-) So my expectation now at the end of this drama should be interesting:-D:-:-D:-Di hope soooooooo:-*:-*:-*:-O
